NOT TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED / ROACHES PRESENT. Do not store anything here that could get ruined by heat.
THEY PAY FOR CONTENT REMOVAL OF NEGATIVE GOOGLE REVIEWS. The public is being duped by a fake 4.9 score.
They are falsely advertising "temperature controlled" on their website. I paid $535 for piano movers to move my piano here based on the website saying it was temperature and climate controlled. Upon move in I was warned by the piano movers that it felt hot and humid and that I needed to buy a hygrometer to check the levels. I came back a few days later when it was 90 degrees outside and it was 88 degrees inside the facility. I called the office and was told there was nothing they could do about it. The responses to it being 88 degrees were: "Well it's 90 degrees outside and you're on the third floor so it's not going to get much cooler; I guess we could tint the windows and that could help; I guess I could adjust the AC a little but I'm not really allowed to; imagine how hot storage units in Arizona are?" (I invite corporate to review the phone logs). All I asked was to be reimbursed the $52 for the two weeks my piano was there and I was told "maybe, but I already called my boss and he didn't really give me an answer so I don't know." I asked the manager if he could go ahead and call now while I'm there and ask this person again and he said "no, not really." ZERO EFFORT. No apology for the inconvenience and money lost to move the piano twice, not even $52 bucks back reimbursement for it not being temperature controlled despite claiming this on their website.
Oh, not to mention the call center scheduled my move in for the Monday I requested and the day I met the piano movers I called the office to make sure their office would be opened during lunch hours, and I was told by the call center that you can't move in on Mondays because the office is closed. Why is your call center scheduling moves on days the office is closed and move-ins aren't possible? I lost more money having to reschedule the piano move because they were already at my house.
Also, came on another day when the office was closed to check the temperatures and the fire alarms were going off. I called 911 and a fire truck showed up, firefighters pissed off and saying it was the third time they'd been there that day and that they couldn't access the sprinkler room and that no one was answering their calls. So hopefully there's never a real fire outside of office hours. read more
