I have been in the phone with them at least 10 times since the initial break in and nobody said anything to me. They know who did it. She was hateful towards my husband who had to take a short work call ( less than a minute) while in the process of signing paperwork, and was very rude. I paid my bill yesterday (yes it was late), still received a phone call from their office 24+ hours later. The office at my location is rarely staffed eventhough their office hours are posted online & on their door. The constant rate increase is at a point I plan to leave.
