Ben, the salesman, came out within a couple of business days for an in-home estimate. I blanched a little at the price but had heard good things about them. It was worth it. The same two guys, Stan and Zac, did the loading, driving, and unloading, and they an outstanding job. They stayed in touch with me during the drive to communicate about arrival times. Everything arrived in an excellent state--no scratches, spills, or other damage. I had packed myself, and even the things that I had not packed very well arrived in good shape. The men remained cheerful, helpful, and polite in spite of hot weather--even when they unexpectedly needed to carry an oak bookcase up to the fourth floor because it was 1/4" too high to get into the elevator. Just one suggestion relates to marking boxes. The boxes that I used for framed pictures had "up" arrows on them. These boxes were turned on their sides during the move--though with no damage to contents. Because all of my other boxes were second hand and already had markings of different kinds, I should have pointed out the picture boxes or marked them in a more obvious way.

I hired movers…read morebecause my husband and and I are senior citizens and we could afford the cost of the movers. The quote was around $2500-$2800, but we were only charged about half of that because they ran out of truck before we ran out of stuff. One of the movers told me they didn't like moving televisions, couldn't I just take that 80" TV in my car because they didn't have the proper equipment with them to move them. They made one load and we spent the next 4 days lifting and moving stuff in our vehicles--something we tried to avoid by hiring movers. This service was not worth the high cost of having to move things ourselves. We had used the service twice before, but never again.

I called to get a quote and was greeted professionally and provided excellent customer service. We made arrangements to have 3 movers unload a 26' U-Haul truck. Also, it's the nature of the business...you never know how long a job is going to take until you get there. They kept me informed and arrived ready to work! The 3 man team was amazing. They were respectful of us and our belongings. They got the job done fast and at an awesome price. I can't endorse them more strongly!

I had to call multiple times the morning of my move after multiple confirmations prior. They told me they had no move prior to me that day and showed up with a rented truck and very few pads to wrap my furniture, which were requested in advance multiple times prior to my move. The owner was the only effective mover. He brought two others workers and I literally ran circles around one of them, as he put his monster energy drink on my antique furniture multiple times. It was very frustrating to watch the crew move my items, bumping into walls, set drinks on my furniture and not wrap my furniture, as requested prior to moving items. I had much better success with the big companies that are local movers. The prices were also better with other moving companies. When they went to close out my transaction at the end of my move, they forgot about my $100 initial deposit as well as miscommunicated the dollar amount giving me multiple prices. I will not use this company again and was not pleased with my experience.
