The quote was around $2500-$2800, but we were only charged about half of that because they ran out of truck before we ran out of stuff. One of the movers told me they didn't like moving televisions, couldn't I just take that 80" TV in my car because they didn't have the proper equipment with them to move them. They made one load and we spent the next 4 days lifting and moving stuff in our vehicles--something we tried to avoid by hiring movers. This service was not worth the high cost of having to move things ourselves. We had used the service twice before, but never again.

I was quoted a fair price and a time to expect the team. On the day of appointment, they arrived a few hours late BUT I knew that was a possibility because that was communicated in my initial call. Also, it's the nature of the business...you never know how long a job is going to take until you get there. They kept me informed and arrived ready to work! The 3 man team was amazing. They transported the piano upside down with the wheels in the air. I have never heard of anyone else doing this. With the entire weight of the piano in the lid, the hinge and one side was damaged. They also scraped the corner of the side as they attempted to flip the piano right side up in our driveway and a few pieces were knocked completely out. We were mortified. It had been a nice piano but now is clearly damaged from their handling.

I had to call multiple times the morning of my move after multiple confirmations prior. They told me they had no move prior to me that day and showed up with a rented truck and very few pads to wrap my furniture, which were requested in advance multiple times prior to my move. The owner was the only effective mover. He brought two others workers and I literally ran circles around one of them, as he put his monster energy drink on my antique furniture multiple times. It was very frustrating to watch the crew move my items, bumping into walls, set drinks on my furniture and not wrap my furniture, as requested prior to moving items. I had much better success with the big companies that are local movers. The prices were also better with other moving companies. When they went to close out my transaction at the end of my move, they forgot about my $100 initial deposit as well as miscommunicated the dollar amount giving me multiple prices. I will not use this company again and was not pleased with my experience.

Instead they decided, after I requested a replacement, to glue it back together with JB Weld. They said they couldn't find the same model on eBay. Weeks past. I withheld payment. They delivered the glued tv and I paid them wanting to settle the issue. A few weeks later the tv separated from its base falling monitor first on the floor. I called the company and their response was "we will call you back". I called back, they didn't. It's been over 5 months. Good company if you don't encounter any problems.
