My boyfriend spoke to support trying to get it fixed, and they told him they will correct the charge once it's returned. Now that it is returned they charge us a fee for "returning to the wrong location" $200!!! You never want to hear the moving crew say "we should have brought a bigger truck." I hired movers…read morebecause my husband and and I are senior citizens and we could afford the cost of the movers. The quote was around $2500-$2800, but we were only charged about half of that because they ran out of truck before we ran out of stuff. One of the movers told me they didn't like moving televisions, couldn't I just take that 80" TV in my car because they didn't have the proper equipment with them to move them. They made one load and we spent the next 4 days lifting and moving stuff in our vehicles--something we tried to avoid by hiring movers. This service was not worth the high cost of having to move things ourselves. We had used the service twice before, but never again.
