Being that I had (5) boxes of broken parts I needed to send back state side, this UPS Store sure was a lifesaver! As I walked into the store I asked one of the clerks if I could borrow a hand truck, that way I could load up all my (5) boxes & bring it into the store one crack! I must say the staff here was friendly, and more than accommodating. The service here was efficient, as the clerk processed my (5) boxes quickly. One of my boxes wasn't packed up yet, as I ran out of shipping tape, but the nice thing about coming to this UPS Store is that they sold shipping supplies. I purchased a small roll of shipping tape, and I gotta say it was sorta pricey, but the convenience factor reflects the price you pay here. If I'm working in Waimea again, it's nice to know that there's a UPS Store here, that way it saves me a trip from having to go down to Kailua-Kona, or to Pahoa town.

We never heard anything from them, and when I called 2 months later to discuss it they had no record of a damage report. It trickles from the top down in their organization and they charged us 1500.00 extra for the delivery saying our driveway was inaccessible. If they hired competent help that could navigate a truck it wouldn't be an issue as we have had many many subsequent deliveries of furniture and applicances of trucks of equal or larger size. BUYER BEWARE. They are awful.

It entailed the contents of a two-story, 3-br townhome with some heavy, bulky upper and lower lanai stuff (all the large items - we would handle all the kitchen, bathroom, and pantry items) going to a smaller house Regina and staff worked with us, and when the 29th became problematic for us, they were able to shift the move date to May 1st, which helped us tremendously. The three young but surprisingly strong movers - Jason and two polite chaps - showed up on time (8:30 am) and, after an orienting walk-through, they went to work in a very expeditious manner. They were able to fit everything into the truck for one trip about 2.5 miles to the other house. They positioned the 3 disassembled bedsets, two couch sectionals, three roller racks of tubs, a large, very heavy dining room table, four other smaller tables and many other items in short order where we wanted them, and the move was concluded in 4.25 hours - well under the estimated time on the contract and for less than the quotes from the other movers that were available. We were very impressed by how hard and consistently they worked and their professional, engaging, and positive demeanors, given the exertion required.
