The moving of the few items was done well, the communication was great, the movers were prompt. The one surprise was it cost more than I realized it would. The labor charge is only for the time moving the items from the origin to the destination, a minimum of 3 hours. Since the distance between the location was only 1 1/2 hours I didn't expect it to exceed 3 hours but it did slightly. Not much more money, but it was a surprise. What really took me unawares was the fuel cost was about $1/mile for their whole time driving, so from their warehouse to the pickup, to the dropoff, back to the warehouse. I perhaps should have figured this out in advance but didn't, so $200 was higher than I'd expected. Diesel has apparently gone up to $8/gallon. It's just something people should know in advance. These guys were great from start to finish. They had to load their truck with our belongings from Young Brother's, drive to our residence, and unload twice since we had 2 20 foot containers. They even went the extra mile and called us when they got to the port early and said they would call us when they were on their way to our residence. So friendly, hardworking, and reliable! The company name says it all, that's exactly what I needed. Will, the boss, showed up with his guys & equipment, got them started and left them to it. Matty and his team did a really good job unloading the container and they had the equipment to set up a ramp system because containers are high off the ground. They really did a good job, stuck with it and worked hard all day until the job was done, swept out the container and left everything in good order. I thouroughly recomend this company. read more

Travis and Thomas were my movers. They were both very nice guys and they worked really hard. Unfortunately, we needed 3 movers that day as we were on the second floor of an apartment. The owner told me we would have 3 movers, he was the one to suggest it. AND I will say, while these are nice hard-working guys, they are NOT trained in HOW to move. At least one of them wasn't. He was pulling my boxes up on his neck and back and hoisting them every which way. Lots of my stuff were shuffled around and the printer was not packed properly, causing the ink to leak and the paper trays to get jammed, ink all over the inside of the box. Now one of the trays won't work. There was no reason for that printer to have been put into the box that way. No packing materials. No care in electronics. They didn't take everything. It took my partner and I three more trips to the apartment to get everything the next day. I highly suggest that you do not use them for any kind of BIG job nor for any kind of office job. They don't have a clue how to do that. OH and one more BIG thing! In one of the hoisted around the back boxes, a bottle of neatly packed olive oil came undone and was ALL OVER EVERYTHING and ran out onto furniture, including my fabric covered expensive headboard AND all over one of my dining room chairs. Neither of those items will be the same again. VERY uncaring about how he moved my stuff. Almost can't blame them, they were EXHAUSTED because there were only 2 of them. I had very little furniture but I had at least 85 boxes. Upstairs not easy to get to and I warned them of this. The move cost me double what I thought I would have to pay because they had to make a second trip back to the apartment with the truck half empty so they could pick up the rest of the stuff - then they didn't even have room for it. The movers (Zac and Jake?) were really friendly and knowledgeable. They worked quickly to unload our container into their truck and pack everything in, with great care and skill! Then they arrived on time to our home and unloaded everything quickly and efficiently. These guys were amazing; they performed the job at hand with care, experience, and expertise. Not one furnishing was damaged whatsoever. When they presented the bill, we were very happy because other movers we contacted for quotes were 25-40 percent higher! These guys were really awesome. I needed last minute moving services and Wil provided! My move day was scheduled on Saturday, I contacted them late in the day on Friday and they somehow made it work, early, punctual & prompt. The assigned guys Zac & Chris were super respectful, thorough and hardworking. A lot of my things are thrifted/junky; the guys still insisted on wrapping everything with furniture pads. No bangs, no dings, nothing broken. My building is a 3rd floor walk-up and they had to carry stuff through the full length of the building to get to my unit. Overall process of moving things out of my old place into my new place took only 2 1/2 hours. Price was a little more than I anticipated but it definitely worth it, the guys earned it. The manager, Wil was extremely helpful when I needed help to have things delivered from a furniture store to my home in a short amount of time, before I had to leave town. The movers were great. I used this company in 2020 and was absolutely satisfied. They were prompt, friendly, worked very quickly, and nothing seemed to bother them or to be too hard. They actually charged me less than I expected. And yes, they do ask for gas money -- seems reasonable to me. I don't know where all these negative reviews are coming from. But oh well. I am currently getting prepared to move again and will hire them. I am so grateful they're still in business, as they are tried and true. I never saw workers work so fast and efficiently. We used this company for a big move (4br home). The guys worked really hard and efficiently. The foreman could easily out-Tetris you and anyone you know who thought they were good at Tetris. They showed up early, maintained a positive, professional attitude, and finished earlier than anticipated. They don't charge for the drive time back to their warehouse but do charge for gas, reasonably so. Gas is expensive, especially for diesel on a big rig. A lot of other movers on the island don't work weekends and charge more fees. I highly recommend this company over any others. read more

DONT EVER GO WITH THIS MOVING COMPANY! My family used them to move office furniture from one office to another and they were extremely unprofessional. They left huge gashes in the furniture. All of the boxes were smashed and thrown on the ground, stacked haphazardly. They would stack them, wrap them and the worker strapped them to his back and carried them up the stairs and threw them down wherever he was. In-box trays on the sides of the desks were cracked- When they were asked about all of these damages, all they said was "oh sorry," or "I didn't see that it was there." And one of the movers stole my moms iPhone. When confronted they denied it. They just snaked it off the desk while they were moving boxes. When asked, all they said was "they never saw it." The whole thing was just a total disregard to us as the customer. Company is completely unprofessional and what made it even worse was the fact that they stole while ON THE JOB. Excellent and outstanding service!!! Other companies wanted to charge us double. They were very fair and considerate about our situation. Plus they were able haul away unwanted items from our home which would have been nearly impossible to remove ourselves. T H E W O R S T!!!! Hired to move office furniture from one office to another, did not know the first thing about packing and wrapping furniture to prevent damage. I guess all you need is a truck and a couple of guys to call yourself a professional mover. They left the furniture with dings and damage that cannot be repaired. One of the employees stole an iPhone off a desk and Will would not take responsibility!!!! He said he would 'ask them if they saw it'!!! I would NEVER use Two Movers again! Be very careful with these guys, asking upfront about the unknown charges (fuel) and how many people they plan to bring (it's not up to you to decide). We had six appliances to move from one house to ours. A person remodeling the house where the appliances were offered to move them for $200. But I found the Two Movers ad on Craigslist and quickly did the math in my head: $66 per hour for two guys and some fuel which I assumed would be $30-$40. So, in my mind, the price would be less than the $200. But the bill came in over $400 ($50 for hauling off an appliance which is fair). As it turns out, even before they moved a single appliance we were in it for $150 (fuel charge). And as it turns out, we had to pay for three guys!! Ugh!! When I called the company to try and work this out, I was belittled verbally and in follow-up texts. Not surprising as I was told the head guy had a real attitude while moving the appliances and treated his guys in a demeaning manner (I wasn't able to be there). Who wants to be treated this way?! What happened to customer service?! It's no where to be found with Two Movers. Nope, never again!!!!! read more

BEWARE! This is a scam company. They advertise over Craigslist claiming they are a fully licensed and insured moving company. After their "two movers with equipment" (lol) showed up with ABSOLUTELY ZERO EQUIPMENT, and damaged my boxes and contents within because they were being THROWN around due to having no actual equipment, I decided to file an insurance claim. They have no insurance because they have no business license. A search for these clowns license shows William Muncy (who concealed his full name online) failed to retain his license and it is inactive as of 2020. So if they destroy your things, and they will, you have no recourse aside from filing claims with your financial institution. Hm what else, they are idiots who loaded my belongings into a mixed container at you g brothers after receiving my information that my container was PRIVATE. Guess what? Because I ordered a private container, I didn't need to label everything and they lost a bunch of my things. Claimed their movers loaded up an empty container at the direction of the YB staff. Not so, it was already a half loaded container after I saw photos. I am going to make sure these lying scams don't get the opportunity to scam anyone else. read more

These guys did a GREAT job of hoisting my couch up three stories and onto my lanai. They were prompt, available, courteous, and professional. The quote I was given was similar to other companies, but they were the only ones willing to coordinate pickup at the warehouse and bring it to my condo with nothing but a reasonable fuel charge. They shrink-wrapped the couch fully to protect it, then safely hoisted it up over the glass railings on the lanai. They were friendly, fun and totally on point. Highly recommend! read more

Very disappointed with the service we received. They packed up the house, we did a remodel and then everything was to be put back into place. When it came time to unpack, there were many broken objects. No photos were taken so that items could go back where they belong. We did NONE of the packing ourselves. When the broken items were mentioned, they acted as if they didn't even hear or care. One item was broken as I stood there and watched them un wrap it and it hit the side of the countertop. The broken glass was put into the sink and then they just threw it away. Not a single, oops, sorry...nothing. The crew of guys worked their butts off, I will give them that. The owner whined and complained the whole time. He is rude, demeaning and belittling to his clients and his crew. Someone on the crew turned on the AC in the house with out our knowledge. When I returned the next morning. The house was freezing. The temp had been set at 62 degrees. We use this type of service quite frequently and are often asked for referrals for movers. I would never refer them. The extra charges were crazy! Truck rental fee of $100 a day??? You are a mover for goodness sakes...you will use a truck. It is part of your job and your service. Each day we were charged $175 for one truck fuel charge and $100 for the other truck fuel charge. ( times 4 days) $100 for a Chevy S-10 pickup? I was asked to take their payment and deposit it at their bank. Who does that? Who asks a client to make a deposit for them? Oh and to top it all off, you are told ahead of time that you are expected to tip at the end of each day. All these charges and you want a tip on top of that. I don't think so. I have used professional movers and moved all over the US in the past 30 years. Two Movers is by far the worst service I have ever received. read more
