Called to correct and was told there was no error - fine print in contract states they have the right to increase rates with 30 days notice. So a 100% increase. They offered a $25 discount to "save me money" or were more than happy for me to move out. It was clear the management are experienced with this issue. Beware. This review was posted after I reached out to speak with management as they were apparently very concerned about my experience. Result: (and I'm paraphrasing) "we will only increase by 45% but best we can do. There are many other storage places nearby. Happy to help initiate move out."

One of the biggest selling points for us was the fact that the security was amazing--Alarms for each storage room, video monitoring, and electronic gates, so we were able to leave our belongings without any worries.
