Worst place ever all my stuff got ruined because of the leaking roof. The didn't care and told me it was do to a natural disaster, it wasn't a natural disaster it was a joke in the roof because of poor maintenance. On top of that after I called to tell Omar I vacated the unit, Omar calls and leaves me a voicemail that if I didn't pay my bill I'd be charged a late fee. So he never noted that my unit was vacated or that it leaked. Omar is a real genius. read more

The staff is nice and remembers to smile before they screw you. It says on the lease you sign that they may raise your rent by up to 10% every 6 months. They raise it every bit of that 10% on the dot. If you complain about the constant rent increases they look at you like you're stoned blame it on upper management. I've used this place for 5 years as an off site business storage for a hard drive and DVD backups for my company. I rent a space smaller than most peoples coat closet and just paid $196 this month to rent for this. I looked on their website. New customers get it for $25 a month. Great way to screw long term users. read more

Ok, yes, the people that work there seem nice, but don't be fooled by their "lower-than-others" rates in comparison to other Storage Facilities in town. No matter what, and with no clear reason why (other than pure GREED), they have regularly raised their rates ever six months like clockwork. Ok fine, as angry as that has made me, I get it, everyone has their hand out I suppose, however, if you go there during winter, be prepared to deal with icy, slick roads inside the yard and your storage door also FROZEN shut! Last winter, I needed to go get holiday gifts out of my storage spot about five days after our first heavy snow and my daughter came to help me and slipped on the ice, smacking the back of her head on the ground while we were struggling to chip thick ice off the bottom of the door in order to get it open. One would think that for the ridiculously high cost and rate increases every month that they could AT LEAST bother to plow and/or SALT the walkways and storage doors so that folks can get into their storage spots. Also, there is about a one foot opening on the top of either side of the walls in your storage spot, so if you have a storage spot neighbor that wants to use a bug bomb in the spring (the spider and ant infestations in these spots are horrendous!) be prepared to have your belongings covered with that poison as well. No pest protection, no protection of your items from either side of the walls, unkept/non-maintained facility......all for exorbitant prices. read more

This location is the best. Mark the manager is very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Nice place. Clean too. I might put the 5th star on or off, once I determine how often they raise the rent. So far I would recommend them.
