Kevin and his team worked hard and were flexible. When my leasing office wasn't open and the freight elevator wasn't accessible, they were able to pivot and adapt quickly. The team had a positive attitude and greeted me with a handshake and a friendly smile first thing this morning. They all went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Nothing was damaged, and they treated all of my home, furniture, and belongings with respect. Not to mention, I asked if they would drop of my mattress at my new place down the street from my storage unit (an added extra stop) and they said they would! After the final stop, they closed me out and everything was done in 2 HOURS!! I was shocked. Really dissapointing experience with the two employees running the store around noon today…read more There was a lady in line waiting for her package- which she showed reciept to. Wasted several minutes while she kept saying her package was right infront of them (on the counter). They ignored her. Finally at the end one of the two looked where she was pointing and low and behold it was her package. Then the two employees started bickering over who didnt read the label correctly I needed a notarization- couldnt do it. I wanted a passport photo- couldnt do that either. One of the employees is dressed like a bum, the other one cant read. My weekday experiences have been good, but this weekend was a major setback.
