Once they arrived and conducted the initial walk through I believed everything was good to go. I didn't learn until later that they had some concerns and issues. I spoke with their management and we were able to work out the problems and the company went above and beyond to satisfy the situation. I am very pleased with the resolution and if I have need of movers in the future they are on my hire list.

The entry gate hours is 6am-10pm. There is outdoor storage but we are inside now. In the lobby there are 5 flat-bed Dollie's that are very helpful can stock about 4-5 boxes at time. Two elevators but I think only one is running cause I've never seen the second one open. Inside the elevator the walls are draped with fabric to help protect furniture I imagine. Walking down corridor for indoor storage the lights are motion activated. The AC is strong inside and always blowing, I counted around twentyish hvac systems around building. No bugs anywhere very clean inside, the 5x10 stores quite a lot IMO for $60 per month, 1st 3 months is 50% off. The top portion of storage is open I'm not sure why maybe for ventilation it doesn't affect anything except you can't stock boxes to the ceiling. We are very happy with this storage no negatives to speak of.

My son was on a 4th floor apartment the furthest you could be from any door with a move to another apartment complex. Jordan, Pierce and Kyle have to be the hardest working AND the darn nicest movers in the entire universe. Not one thing was broken, not one wall or piece of furniture was scratched. And they were so kind and cheerful- like how in the tarnation could anyone be so polite and happy while lifting heavy yhings in sweltering Columbia heat all freaking day?? And yet- they absolutely were. We ended up hiring these guys after our original move in date was botched and it was honestly a blessing in disguise. If you need anything moved- call them. We spent the evening cleaning and unpacking and I wished I could have kept those boys with us. They are THAT good! They lost all the pieces to my 3 dresser mirrors, they had them mixed up with the wrong dressers and time was ticking. They left some furniture peices at the loading address so they couldn't install 1 set. They were nice young men but they did not have the strength to take some of my furniture upstairs.They really struggled. When reinstalling some of the furniture pieces, they were confused on how to put them back together. I called the manager and told him my concerns that these guys may need one other person. But he said he would have to charge me, instead of just satisfying the customer. It got very frustrating for me as a customer. I will never hire these guys again!

Eventually I called the boss of the crew and he said they will be returning tomorrow. I had to get a hotel because I had none of my stuff. The original quote was 4800$. In the end I had to pay close to 7k. The whole experience was very frustraiting. They also left a bunch of their trash behind and claimed it was mine. For 7k you would expect better service but no, they were horrible. Its no wonder they ask for cash. With that level of service anyone could complain about fraud and get their money back.

For our move, they were to pick up our goods in one state and to deliver the goods at our new home in another state. The sales guy Colin needs serious training skills. He quoted us based on a 2200 SF house and said it would be 2200 cubic feet of goods. When the brokered moving company arrived (All Seasons Logistics LLC), it was an Eastern European guy with 4 young Hispanic boys no older than 16yo. He said he needed another $5,000 for our move, that it was underestimated. Total racket. We had to pay because the next day was day of possession of the house to the new owner. They know this. They take advantage of it. On our move to the new home in another state, the driver (a different company, Stanford Van Lines) texted me and said it was a shuttle job so they needed another $3,400. Then after numerous texts, he suddenly said it was only $2,400. He claimed his truck was not allowed in our new neighborhood per the HOA. Which was not true - we read our HOA documents, and how could he even have access to those?! I called Amerisafe Moving Company (who brokers to local movers like Stanford - also would NEVER recommend Amerisafe) and they had to call the manager of Stanford to agree that there was no need for a shuttle service and we would pay $1/foot after every 75 feet from the back of the moving truck to our front door. The driver arrived, then tried to get us to pay $3,400 again, then $2,400. Then asked how much we could pay. Mind you, they only take cash. They threatened to take our household good hostage to a storage facility. When we called Amerisafe for help, they said, "Sorry, it's up to the third parties to claim their own tariffs so you just have to pay them what they ask." How is this even legal? NEVER use any of these 3 companies but in particular, if you decide to use Amerisafe, you'd better have about 50% more cash on you for the move out and the move in, as that's their game. Amerisafe does not care at all about you as a customer. They just want your money and broker it out to whoever will do it for as little as possible.
