On my second rental unit , all of my phone calls to Krystal, Brittany, Brenda, Noah, were all unable to allow me access to my second unit or to my first unit. Today is the ninth day of no access to either my 1st unit or the 2nd unit. They seem to think I do not know how to swipe the card or I am not swiping the correct swipe box outside. I never had a problem until I rented the 2nd unit. If I am not paying the bill or if I am being punished for not giving a glowing review about the 1st unit which required an extra trip since the lock had not been removed then I regret giving a good review about the 2nd unit. It does no good to call the toll free number. They think you are stupid and do not know how to use the card swipe box. I have been using it for six months now. I also paid extra for 24 hour access but I am also denied that also.

I've been there after hours and could see the security monitors going in the office. There appear to be only 4 carts available, 3 small, 1 larger. The larger one is difficult to steer around corners. This small number can potentially be a bottleneck if multiple customers are on site. The company worked with us to find a time that worked for everyone despite not having much availability. Our two-bedroom apartment was packed up quickly and efficiently with a 4-man crew. They wrapped all delicate items in moving blankets and packed everything with care in their enclosed truck; making only one trip from the apartment to the house. Charging by the hour I assumed they would take their time, but they were there to move us as quickly as possible. In our new home, all employees paid special attention to not tracking mud each time they came inside, something I was especially wow'd with. For my moving needs in the future, this is the only company I plan use.
