They then brought our stuff up to Catskill and loaded it into our house, and this was not an easy move, yet they remained cheerful and upbeat, even taking a bunch of heavy things up to the attic. Everything is "can do" including very last minute packing help. Two huge trucks and 6 guys over 3 days. Michelle who runs the office is so pleasant to deal with and John the owner and both Scotts so engaging, fun, and respectful of women. Was left with mattresses only. and now need to hire someone to put the bed frames together and in the bedrooms. By their own admission, the men were fried from a bad move the day before. And still I got charged over $1500 extra because they were not at their best and despite my description of the move.
