My husband was home but was not a party to our contract and did not know the specific details of the job.Rodney left the job completely unfinished, leaving a massive pile of debris scattered across my yard, including hazardous items like nails. When I messaged him the next morning asking him to return and finish, he flatly refused. Instead of acting professionally, he insulted me, stating, 'you have to act like an adult and come outside,' and threatened to publicly post our conversation. I was working from home so I didn't go outside to "oversee" the removal. But then why would I have to? It is completely reasonable that I stayed inside to work; I thought I hired a professional to do a job, not to be supervised. claims he won't return because my husband didn't complain during the service--but my husband did not agree to anything, and I am the paying client. I paid $250 via Cash App and $100 cash on May 30 for a complete removal. Instead, I am left cleaning up a dangerous mess. The only reason this business gets one star is because he showed up on time despite the rain. I will NEVER hire this business again, nor will I ever refer them to anyone. Untrustworthy, unfinished work, and highly unprofessional. I messed up by not reading the reviews on this business before hiring him.

They were able to pick up this evening. After sending a couple pictures, price was a better price than anyone else offered as well. They were available a little earlier than expected, and that worked for me, so they came early. The two guys took maybe 15 minutes to get everything loaded in their trailer.
