I told him, " you just charged me $300 to pick up a coffee table. I'm not giving you a tip." He got pissed and gave me an evil, dirty look..... then they took the table and parked just outside my apartment until I left to get something from my car and took off.... They didn't clean up, didn't sweep, nothing after the table was picked up.... I left a review with them and it had a box to have them reach out in 1 day if I needed to talk to someone. It's on day 3. No one has reached out either by email or phone. Never again. Horrible experience... and not just ripped off... but took a minimum base charge and decided to add on $30 for spite.
