The company worked with us to find a time that worked for everyone despite not having much availability. Our two-bedroom apartment was packed up quickly and efficiently with a 4-man crew. They wrapped all delicate items in moving blankets and packed everything with care in their enclosed truck; making only one trip from the apartment to the house. Charging by the hour I assumed they would take their time, but they were there to move us as quickly as possible. My only advice would be to ensure to get the size of truck and any other prices up front. This move ended being a lot more expensive than I had budgeted for. I was moving from a 2 br to a house, I was expecting one large truck but ended up being a smaller Penske truck. This led to having to do two trips. The biggest expense was the fact that I was charged for travel time, round trip for the time it took them to get to my place and time it took to go back to Clifton park after the move, which amounted to one more hour.
