Also, our household goods arrived in excellent condition without evidence of shifting, which to me indicates that the driver took great care in hauling the load. On both ends, the drivers also worked to position the trailer in the most advantageous spot for loading and unloading. The three days to load and unload are more than ample if you are organized ahead of time in your planned packing and unpacking. As a final note, everyone I spoke with in making the reservation and throughout the move was professional, personable, and helpful. The company worked with us to find a time that worked for everyone despite not having much availability. Our two-bedroom apartment was packed up quickly and efficiently with a 4-man crew. They wrapped all delicate items in moving blankets and packed everything with care in their enclosed truck; making only one trip from the apartment to the house. Charging by the hour I assumed they would take their time, but they were there to move us as quickly as possible. In our new home, all employees paid special attention to not tracking mud each time they came inside, something I was especially wow'd with. Everything she described sounded perfect. They would separate mom's stuff in piles of keep, sell, donate, toss. I think we should've had someone (other than an elderly neighbor) there when they were doing it because my niece went to check on the house and retrieve the keep and sell piles. A full cupboard of very nice wine glasses was gone instead of being in the sell pile. Ditto for the fine china and heirloom flatware. A lot of valuable items were nowhere to be found. I guess when you agree to a 'donate' pile, you are donating the good stuff to the OSM staff to pillage. An item actually showed up on FB Marketplace a few weeks later. I was also told that they would leave the house spotless. It was a mess. My son and two nieces ended up cleaning the place.

First they piled boxes and furniture so high in the new location that I could not move around the rooms or move any thing myself. They charged me to come back the next day and move things around so it was more manageable. Then I started noticing all the damage to several pieces of furniture. My furniture had some surface scratches from my cats and child. However there are now gouges and scrapes on the edges of all my tables and the frame fell off the glass from the bottom door of the barrister bookcase. When I contacted the owner as stated in his contract for damaged furniture, he said he was sorry I felt this way , they did a great job and to send him the court date.

I can't believe how awesome they were-- especially because their services were such a good deal. Drew and his team are good people. They were so friendly yet professional. They really encouraged my family to just hang back and let them do all the work. I was hesitant at first because I knew we were paying by the hour, but they knew exactly what they were doing and I'd argue if we helped it would've just made the process longer and more complicated. They are that good. They did so much in so little time. I ended up changing my mind and hired them for longer. They were able to move our entire filled-to-the-brim apartment to our new house.
