I will say they were polite and put our stuff where we told them. However, they damaged TWO of our dressers (took an entire corner off both) and didn't reimburse for either of them. Didn't give a discount, just apologized and charged the full price. Each one of the dressers cost $300.

First they piled boxes and furniture so high in the new location that I could not move around the rooms or move any thing myself. They charged me to come back the next day and move things around so it was more manageable. Then I started noticing all the damage to several pieces of furniture. My furniture had some surface scratches from my cats and child. However there are now gouges and scrapes on the edges of all my tables and the frame fell off the glass from the bottom door of the barrister bookcase. When I contacted the owner as stated in his contract for damaged furniture, he said he was sorry I felt this way , they did a great job and to send him the court date.

The movers also kept complaining about heavy items, which made the whole process feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. They also caused damage and then tried to hide. They broke a leg off my bed, said nothing, and left the broken leg on the floor under the bed as if I wouldn't notice. They also dropped a fragile box down the stairs and later insisted they "checked everything" and nothing was broken, which was simply untrue. Their solution to fixing the bed was even more unacceptable. They sent someone out to put epoxy on a part that had previously been soldered, which didn't work at all. Now I'm left with a damaged bed, a box of shards of glass that was previously worth hundreds and a terrible overall experience.

I contacted Adam on a Monday morning and was able to schedule a local move for a 1 bedroom apt on Thursday of the same week. Two guys (John and John) came as scheduled and assisted with my move. An exceptional pair - fast, efficient, experienced, and humorous. Their teamwork was great, they made sure my items were safely transported without any damage and answered all of my questions/concerns. I got a call that the move would be rescheduled but it was hours after the supposed start time. No biggie, they sent me a crew the next morning. They showed up but they showed up with no supplies. Absolutely nothing. No shrink wrap, no furniture wraps, no boxes. Things I was told they would have and I would have gladly paid for. They moved my things into storage. In the two guys defense, Anthony and Anthony, they had good personalities but there should have been a third person in their crew. Fast forward to August 2022 and we have finally moved out things out of storage into our new home. Our cream furniture pieces (sectional w/ detachable pillows, chaise, sofa and ottoman were all dirty. Like they drug the stuff off the truck. Some of our wood furniture has been scraped and chipped. Not the cheap stuff either. Ashley Furniture tufted headboards and dressers. We had to hire a cleaning company to come out and make our furniture look presentable again but a few pillows are going to have to be hidden cause of this company. Use at your own risk or supply ALL the moving supplies before hand. Only trust them to move you, if that.
