Now, "temperature controlled" means they heat only up to 55 degrees and "cool" down to 80 degrees. Guardian kept the temperatures at around 68, which is what a customer deserves. I also heard that the head honcho at Prime told his employees to charge customer some fees without notifying said customers first. When an employee refused to do that, insisting on making a courtesy call, that employee was fired for insubordination. Prime seems to hold its customers in contempt, squeezing every penny out of us and offering no true security or good service in return. It's disgusting to think that a company is run by a man with no decent goodness. I usually don't post reviews but I feel it's important to protect those who might be hoping to store their belongings in a truly temperature-controlled unit.

The company worked with us to find a time that worked for everyone despite not having much availability. Our two-bedroom apartment was packed up quickly and efficiently with a 4-man crew. They wrapped all delicate items in moving blankets and packed everything with care in their enclosed truck; making only one trip from the apartment to the house. Charging by the hour I assumed they would take their time, but they were there to move us as quickly as possible. In our new home, all employees paid special attention to not tracking mud each time they came inside, something I was especially wow'd with. Storage facility is a joke. As soon as I can I'm moving to a different facility. Gate was broken…read morefor over a week. Mice are coming into my unit from the one next to mine. My unit was broken into and robbed and destroyed in first month.and the gate code takes any code you put into it so therefore even when the gate closes it is never really secure. So all the money you pay every month is way to much considering the lack of security I asked to see the camera footage to see who broke into my unit and was told oh the cameras don't work in that location they only work at the gate. First time having a storage unit and was my worst experience I lost all my belongings and what wasn't stolen was pretty much destroyed. You get no solutions just excuses
