I was not familiar with this Uhaul location but its literally less than 5 minutes from where I will be staying. When I walked in I was greeted by JULIE who was at the service desk. As well as returning the trailer I also needed storage. Uhaul offered 1 free month of storage with my oneway rental (straight forward no strings attached) which was awesome! JULIE first set me up with my storage space and showed me the unit. She got me all checked in quickly and courteously. I had a spill in the trailer and told her after I emptied it would leave, wash it out and come back. She told me I could use their cleaning supplies and water hose, which even though I was staying so close, would save me a lot of aggravation. Pulling this trailer around, backing it up, turning etc, you have to be careful. So that was so convenient after having to unload a full trailer, by myself, in that heat! When I started unloading my things I realized the space I chose would be too small. I went back to JULIE who stopped what she was doing and made the change for me, still smiling, still genuinely courteous! She made the whole thing such an easy and pleasant experience! She really exemplifies "customer service", is friendly and a person any company would want to have as the face of their business! I hope she is appreciated by the manager/company and is rewarded for her efforts!!!

The movers arrived at my storage promptly this morning and began loading my items on the truck. I had 3 movers. I was exceptionally pleased when Larry, put a runner down so that they didnt stain the carpet while bringing my items in. They were careful with my items & wrapped my bedroom furniture up with their clithe to protect them. Im so thankful because my last moving experience was less desirable. Larry, Greg, & Wesley completed my move without complaints or excessive personal breaks. I moved our of a storage into a 2 bed/2bath apt. I was particularly pleased with the cinoany having their own box to transport loose items. I don't know why I have loose items when it seems that i have over 100 boxes!! All of the guys had a great sense of humor and made me feel totally comfortable. Of course it can be pricey when you contract movers but it feels great to know that I was able to support a Black Owned Business. The only thing that I disagreed with is that they did not hook up my washer & dryer for me. I guess its a liability or something like that. If and when i move again I will definitely use this company. PeriodTTT!!!!!!

Signing up for a unit was quick and easy. The lady that helped me was very nice and showed me several options to fit my needs. I was able to move into my unit the same day. I love that they have an app to make payments, and access the secure building from the app,and the fact that it's climate controlled and in a safe area is a plus. The lights are motion detected so you have to get in and out quickly or you'll be in the dark. Overall, I highly recommended for your storage needs.

I reached out to several other storage facilities before I spoke with her and i was disappointed with them because of the lack of professionalism shown and lack of accountability. It's neat, clean, the staff are friendly and there are security camera EVERYWHERE to make you feel safe!!!

This is just sad. It's 2023 everything should go to the cloud just to cover your business, case closed, and fire people who are stealing from your customers= They are also stealing from the company. The units are wonderful, they keep the outside and inside areas clean hands down both inside units and outside units, but what's the point if you have to go up to check on your units every other week taking photos just to make sure no one steals any of your stuff.
