It was strange how I could never get through on the phone for no reason so when I asked about it the girl gave me a really ugly attitude that was really rude and mean.. (got forbid Im standing right there calling on my cell & they are ignoring the phone ringing since I had it in my pocket while standing right in the store..) then I go to check the website for the next time... as they told me to.... and that didnt work cause I would drive all the way down there when they were supposed to be open.. I cant tell you how many times they keep doing this.. they do not update the website.. Thats a lie!! Now they woulnt even answer on facebook.. They treat me like I am wrong for being upset that I am not treated with a tiny bit of appreciation or as a human being.... THIS SUX!! I would NOT use this company. Upon booking them, I asked if they were a local company and they said…read moreyes. However, they were not. They sent movers from another company based out of LA. The day of the move, they attempted for 15-20 minutes to fit one of our couches in the moving truck. It was clearly one of the larger items that should have been put in the truck first, but they moved it in, mid-truck load. The top and bottom of the couch was roughly moved as they were trying to fit it vertically and eventually, our 3 seater couch was determined to not fit. Instead of the movers putting it directly back in the house, they decided to leave it STANDING VERTICALLY on my driveway for OVER AN HOUR. By the time we went back to the house to move the couch ourselves, we noticed that the arm rest that it sat on for over an hour, was now broken. I tried to submit a claim and they denied it despite my timestamped videos and photos. Lastly, we had 4 movers. I have moved 5 times in the last 8 years and these guys were the worst and slowest. By the end of the move, I determined that it was because 2 of them seemed "newer"... the main guy in charge kept having to help them navigate and decide what steps were next. Another guy was much older, I won't guess the age but definitely not a nimble 20/30 year old man. The main guy in charge was good though. All 4 men were kind, I provided them with soda water and pizza. But ultimately, not experienced enough from what I have had in the past. My biggest complaint is that their "upper management" (as they call it) have denied my claim despite clear proof. So if you like your possessions and want any type of insurance if something breaks through a move, I highly recommend you do not book them. To the company - I will gladly edit this review if you fix this situation.
