When I called to ask about it, they informed me this happens every 6 months. Standard. That is RIDICULOUS and predatory, in my opinion. I'm getting out. And do not recommend.

When we initially said, "this looks smaller than what we ordered", she tried to gaslight us saying, "no, it's 7x10". However, it was only when we showed her that the measurements on the unit's label that said 7x7.5, she started saying that it was our fault for not checking the unit in-person before reserving. And somehow it was our fault for not knowing their website was broken. Our primary account holder (the person who made the reservation), attempted to negotiate with the manager, citing his online reservation. Only to be led to a 10x10 unit with an additional charge. This bait and switch was not appreciated along with the condescending and patronizing tone of the worker. The three other people who were helping with the move-in were yelled out of the front area because they were not the primary account holder and "I don't want to deal with them" (we were standing quietly). While this was happening, another customer was in the same room. He was not asked to leave at any point. Overall, there was a lot of shady behavior and red flags. Our unit was silently downgraded with no notice to us or pay decrease, we were gaslit into thinking the unit was the size we wanted, our primary account holder was arbitrarily isolated when discussing options for getting the size we needed, customers were strongly pushed into writing good reviews, and the experience was overall much worse than when I used iStorage the previous year. We would not suggest trusting this location with your business or storage items.

We used them for packing and moving a family of 6. Just so…read moremany things broken. I've moved many times before and I've just never seen anything like this. They did not use bubble wrap, or even packing paper. They threw delicate items, literally threw, I saw them, throwing them into boxes and just broke our PS5, our clocks, anything electrical. Anything delicate was damaged. They left doors broken in our new house. It was awful. I don't understand how they could be a professional company. When we went back to our original house, we found that they just left like 1/3 of our belongings were still there. But thrown around randomly on the floor just a complete mess, not packed. Just a horror story. We spent the next day trying to recover our stuff from the old house. And clean up after them. Thank God we moved the PC and laptops ourselves.
