This company could not of been more accommodating or nicer. The person we dealt with was Barbara. She could of not been nicer and very prompt in returning calls, whether it was a week end or off hours. When they brought the unit as well as removed the unit, there is 0 damage to your property. They give you several calls to update you as to exactly when the unit will be removed. It is really cool to watch how a robot like piece of equipment takes it out. Again, I can only praise this company, especially in today's day and age where it seems so many businesses could care less about a returning customer. Thanks guys, and girls, 5 thumbs up !!!!!!

We had originally gone with PODS because they are the name brand you see all the commercials for. Unfortunately they failed to deliver our container on multiple occasions. We were running out of time with construction scheduled to start in two days. UNITS came to the rescue and was able to deliver a 16' container for the same price offered by PODS for a12' container. And they were able to deliver the same day. The container was clean and secure and it was delivered and placed with zero problems. It was picked up promptly when we were done. Would definitely use them again or recommend them for anyone else that needed on site storage.

(Not that this happened to me -- OK, obviously, it did.) Some years back I had to put an apartment full of stuff (including several hundred books) into storage, pronto, and a friend who kept some of her belongings there suggested Vernon, for which I am extremely grateful. The storage units are large and secure, and I was able to fit everything into one unit. It was just about the only thing that worked well at a crummy time. I've kept the unit for the past four years, with no problems at all. The rates are great and the people who work there are really nice and friendly. It's month-to-month, so at some point when I need all that stuff again, I can go and get it, without breaking a contract and paying a fee. That's handy, too.

I had to schedule their maintenance guy and when we met he agreed key did not work and said that DOVE started to change all cylinder locks to padlocks and then said he had to drill my lock so I could get access. Drilled open, opened door and then he took old lock cylinder and gave me a new red padlock to use. Then, what do I find on the floor behind the overhead door rail, a drilled open lock cylinder! Wonder if that would have worked with my key?

Look up Dan the Affordable Moving Man and read the reviews yourself. Dan got so many bad reviews for his awful treatment of customers as well as women that he changed the name of his company. Just search for Dan the Affordable moving man on Yelp, Angi, Google etc and see all the reviews. My wife and I have used Dan for years and have thrown a lot of business his way and how he treated us and spoke to and about my wife is reprehensible. Due to issues with a home renovation being massively delayed, we had to change the move date. Dan was super rude on the phone with my wife and told her he needed $400, in cash, before he would even look at another move date. We called 10+ days before the scheduled move. When he showed up to collect said payment, my wife told him how hurt she was by how he spoke to her (A 15 year client) on the phone. Dan proceeded to swear repeatedly at her and call her a "Fucking Bitch". When I called Dan to demand an apology he did not answer and then proceeded to call her and us disgusting names via text messages which are attached below. This is how a third generation mover and someone in a "people" business speaks to and about long term customers. Imagine what he will do and say about you. Do not use Dan under any circumstances. Dan Vernay Jr is the owner of the business and the below interaction was with Dan himself via text message after his barrage on my wife.

Moving day Rich and his helper (didn't get his name) showed up on time, Rich introduced himself, both guys were polite and helpful...the job was done with care and efficiency. They took some things that weren't on the list and took extra care of the things that needed it. When it came time for the bill it was adjusted down by almost half due to less movers than quoted and less time. They could've charged quote price but they did the right thing! Thank you for making a stressful move less stressful!

When I finally went to move my things from their unit to a different one, my boxes were just tossed in what looked like a junk heap with ZERO care and I found out I was being ridiculously overcharged for literally a square spot in a garage. As my family and I were moving my items from their unit warehouse to our own truck we rented because the owner was going to charge us too much money for his employees to do it, EVERY BOX or piece we moved had broken, missing or damaged sections/items. the owner watched us as we took each box literally blaming us because we "touched it". the owner of this company is FOUL and nothing I owned was packed with care.
