This company could not of been more accommodating or nicer. The person we dealt with was Barbara. She could of not been nicer and very prompt in returning calls, whether it was a week end or off hours. When they brought the unit as well as removed the unit, there is 0 damage to your property. They give you several calls to update you as to exactly when the unit will be removed. It is really cool to watch how a robot like piece of equipment takes it out. We had originally gone with PODS because they are the name brand you see all the commercials for. Unfortunately they failed to deliver our container on multiple occasions. We were running out of time with construction scheduled to start in two days. UNITS came to the rescue and was able to deliver a 16' container for the same price offered by PODS for a12' container. And they were able to deliver the same day. The container was clean and secure and it was delivered and placed with zero problems. It was picked up promptly when we were done. Would definitely use them again or recommend them for anyone else that needed on site storage.

They were very responsive in coordinating and the shell arrived in Florida within the timeframe. However, beware of the size of the shell. When we told them we had a one-bedroom, they recommended the 10-foot shell, although we were wary since we had a lot of stuff, so we opted for the 15-foot shell. Our stuff ended up just fitting into the 15-foot shell, so that would have been a big problem if we went with the 10-foot, especially since we were moving out that day and couldn't waste any time. The movers were nice and got our stuff out quick, but a problem arose with how they packed the shell, which we didn't realize until we unpacked. They stuffed our boxes in and many of them got crushed and a lamp broke. Also a bunch of the furniture got scratched, but we didn't cover the furniture as we didn't really care. Another thing- when the movers arrived in Florida, they key they gave us to the lock back in NJ did not work. We tried and tried, and finally they used bolt cutters to cut the lock off. Zippy Shell is what it is, a low cost option for moving, but don't expect high quality stuff.

Hugo was professional, highly competent, and his prices were excellent. The day of the move, Hugo showed up right on time with three movers. The guys were incredibly fast and lovely. They had smiles on their faces the whole time, even carrying ridiculously heavy things down steep stairs. (We've all had the "miserable" movers, right? This was the opposite.) Everything I owned was wrapped and treated with the greatest care. Hugo even helped me get my car to my new locale. Unload was fast and perfect. Seriously, I've moved way too many times, so I've used many moving companies. Prestige was the best move I've ever had. I highly, highly recommend this company.
