By chance, we turned into United to see if they could take it off for us because we did have the proper tools. They said they would put it on a lift and take a look at it. They got us in right away and removed the step and the motor and secured the remaining parts. When we went to pay, they said there was no charge and told us to have a safe trip home. We fully intended to pay, especially with them taking care of us right away! Such an incredibly nice gesture to turn our day around. All the employees were very nice, the waiting room and their garage was very clean. I would highly recommend United Tire & Service for any service work needed. Thank you United for taking care of us so quickly so we could get back on the road again!

I had a road trip coming up the next day and this was a true emergency. I took a chance on Keyes because of their close proximity and availability. Ryan messaged me back within 5 minutes of my inquiry asking to call for a consultation. We messaged back and forth and I was quoted a reasonable amount initially. I was able to drive over to the shop within 30 minutes of our consultation. When I arrived, Ryan greeted me and showed me where to drive my car. He is so personable and friendly and truly wants his customers to understand what services need done ASAP and which ones can wait until/before inspection. I opted for some additional filter replacements because he showed me the physical filters and explained why they were bad. He let me know my car most likely needed some additional services that would be needed to pass inspection and let me know it didn't need to be done today. He let me know how much those services would cost parts and labor wise, but he also let me know the time needed to repair that service as well. Marty, the mechanic working on my car, did not wait to begin working and checking for additional issues once it was lifted. He was extremely quick and knowledgeable. He is extremely communicative and overall from the initial consultation to the end result, I was only out about 3 hours (our chat, the drive, and the service itself). I will be screaming about Keyes from the rooftops and recommending every family member and friend to come to them for any car issues. Thank you again! Cannot recommend them enough. (for reference: I drive a 2016 Mazda CX-5. I was looking for brake replacement and left with a brake, rotor, cabin filter, and oil change, all of which we're desperately needed) They accept tap-to-pay as well as card!
