Unfortunately, during the installation they cut through multiple irrigation supply lines and never mentioned it. In at least one case, a broken pipe was left hidden under the rock bed. I had to discover the damage on my own and cover the repair costs myself, which wiped out any savings from using them. Good work on what you can see -- but the lack of care for existing systems and the failure to communicate the damage is a dealbreaker. Would not hire again.

At the estimate, they were professional, on time, and left us a very detailed breakdown that helped us understand our options and which pieces cost the most. We decided to have them do everything in the estimate. The crew did such an amazing job, I'm honestly astounded. I've painted most of the interior of our house and I thought I did a half-decent job... but their attention to detail and high quality finish made me wish I hired them to do the whole house originally. Our 32 year old trim and doors look brand new and have a mirror-like finish. I can't find a single remnant of a drywall crack, nail pop, or blemish in the drywall. They meticulously protected our belongings and flooring. They repaired some drywall tape on the ceiling of our entryway, and I can't see where they blended the drywall texture at all! I would (and plan to) hire them again in a heartbeat, and have referred our family members to them already. This company has recently gotten a new Google listing, but when we hired them they had well over a hundred reviews with an excellent rating. Don't let the currently small number of reviews fool you.

From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations. Our project coordinator, Jordan, walked the yard with us, listened to our concerns, and truly understood our vision. Our home is unique, and we wanted a one-of-a-kind fence to complement it. Jordan was responsive and thoughtful, helping us work out the details to make it just right. Alex, the foreman, was fantastic to work with. He communicated clearly about the work they'd be doing each day, answered all my questions, and was genuinely dedicated to getting every detail perfect. He worked incredibly hard -- sometimes 12-hour days -- and his passion for fencing and true craftsmanship really shows in the final result. JLS Craftsmen did an outstanding job.
