He takes pride in his workmanship and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We had him demo our old privacy fence and he removed and hauled away all the old wood and dug out all the old posts and filled all the previous post hole back with dirt. Unfortunately, during the installation they cut through multiple irrigation supply lines and never mentioned it. In at least one case, a broken pipe was left hidden under the rock bed. I had to discover the damage on my own and cover the repair costs myself, which wiped out any savings from using them. Good work on what you can see -- but the lack of care for existing systems and the failure to communicate the damage is a dealbreaker. Would not hire again.

We had Forever Fencing build almost 5000 feet of goat fence. When Raymondn d came out he was…read moreupbeat, easy to talk to and assured us we would be happy with the job. He would do what we wanted. However this all changed once the job was started. He doesn't have the equipment to do a job of this size. He's all about fast and easy. He acused us of being too picky. We wanted the corner posts set at 3 1/2 feet depth. He said he does 2 feet. That's good enough. The fence at the driveway opening is skewed. He said it was good because he did it. Even his crew said it was skewed. They also said he was hard to talk to. He has a huge ego. He told us the fence was good enough for a farm fence. It would keep animals in. He hung up on me when I tried to talk to him about issues. I would never recommend him. We're just happy to be rid of him.

Fairway Exteriors exceeded every expectation we had…read more This wasn't a simple siding project. They removed all of our stucco, repaired wood rot, installed James Hardie siding, replaced 30 windows, installed a new back door, painted the front door and replaced two garage doors. The transformation is remarkable. We spent a lot of time researching contractors and met with multiple highly rated companies before choosing Fairway. Their professionalism immediately stood out. Scott's proposal was detailed, organized, and far more comprehensive than the others we received. His knowledge of proper James Hardie installation practices gave us confidence that we were making the right investment. Throughout construction, Nick did an outstanding job managing the project. Communication was excellent. He responded quickly whenever we had questions, sent videos showing the day's progress while we were at work, and always made sure we approved important details before moving forward. The installation crews deserve recognition as well. They were punctual every day, respectful of our home, incredibly hardworking, and meticulous about cleaning up before leaving each evening. It was clear they cared about quality craftsmanship, and it showed in every stage of the project. What impressed us most was how stress-free the entire process felt. On a project this large, we expected plenty of headaches. Instead, everything was organized, well communicated, and professionally managed from beginning to end. The final result is stunning. I honestly look forward to pulling into our driveway because the house looks that good. It exceeded even the vision we had before the project began. If you're considering James Hardie siding, replacement windows, doors, or a complete exterior renovation, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fairway Exteriors. They delivered exceptional workmanship, outstanding communication, and a finished product that we'll enjoy for many years.
