I took time off expecting the crew to arrive, but no one showed up or contacted me. I had to call several times before learning the crew was delayed on another project. I was first told they would arrive that afternoon, only to later learn they weren't coming at all. Delays happen, but customers should be informed instead of having to chase updates. Hunter drew up the plans based on our specs on his iPad. We were able to select the materials, colors and the full plan. There was also an agreement drawn up that protected both us and his company. This was a great way to build trust and peace of mind that the project would be completed on time. We also needed a gate added to our chain link fence on one side of the House. I wanted a double gate, and I wanted to use some of the materials that I already had from a previous project. Hunter drew up the plans for the gate, and the price was much less than we expected. We were very impressed that we wouldn't have to wait until next year for these projects to be completed, as most contractors were booked out that far. We are extremely satisfied with the way everything turned out. We use our deck every day, and our dog loves sitting in bed and looking out the sliding door to see what's going on.
