When I first learned about Extended Care, I heard great things about the company. Then I contacted them. From June through September, I had been waiting for services and had not received anything to date. They send the nurse over. The nurse is wonderful xs wonderful. However, they do this just to collect money from insurance and let the evaluations expire and you get no care. When they send a nurse over that means they are accepting the case. They are a cha and are supposed to have access to many companies to make sure their consumers are served but they lack motivation. They have the staff. I was told so by one of the employees. Also my schedule is very flexible so they should have no problems onboarding staff for my son's case. In sum, I have contacted different places to complain about the matter, It is not as simple as going to another agency because you will have to go through the whole process again. In all they are not great company because they do not provide the services they say they will. If there was an option, I would give them no stars. read more
