OT came once she is suppose to come once a week never heard from her again. Nurse and therapist call whenever they please even minutes before they want to come to schedule a same day appt. I even received a call at 8:30 at night to schedule the next morning very unprofessional. My father had an appt with PT for Tuesday he called today letting me know if I had not answered he would have shown up at my door today Monday because he thought the appt was Monday. communication with the team as far as visits go is horrible. I called Client manager Gizelle she answered the phone and said she would call me still waiting. I have dealt with numerous home health care services and I will avoid this one for my father at all cost once his time is up with them.

They did not care and were absolutely disrespectful in the way they talked to me. They made a mistake it wasn't my fault but i paid for it and am now jobless. I can tell you that they will be really polite to sign you up, if you fall for this you will see what I'm talking about the very first time you need to call them because a aid didn't show up for or you need help. They are unprofessional and rude . Believe me don't go with this service it will be a headache every time you need to get help from them, and they seem to not care at all. If you love the person needing aid skip this place , it's going to make the transition so much harder if you go with them. Trust me please.
