I am writing a review to express my deepest gratitude and to provide my highest recommendation to…read more24/7 Healthcare Agency. My mother needed assistance and I was introduced to this agency in 2018-2013. My thanks to the Rita, Manager, Coordinators, and Home Health Aide's of this agency for providing exceptional care for my mother. Their empathy, kindness, and loving nature created a nurturing environment that allowed my mother to feel safe and supported during her difficult journey. In addition, whether it was assisting with personal care, creating a peaceful and soothing environment, or simply sitting by my mother's side, the Home Health Aide's went above and beyond to make Mom feel valued and cared for. Mom lived to the age of 102 yrs. old. My thanks to everyone!! Audrey A. Brooklyn, NY

I highly recommend this wonderful organization for your loved one's care. Working with Ann Stoller…read morewas quite refreshing and worthwhile. She is smart, very engaged and truly cares about the entire family. She spends a lot of time getting to know the client and his/her family and really understands the complicated dynamics involved in caring for a loved one. I've dealt with numerous agencies and had almost given up until I met Ann. No bureaucracy whatsoever. You deal directly with Ann and she remains available to you throughout the process. She does extensive background checks on her team and you can rest assured that the care given will be top notch. Evergreen Choice is definitely the way to go!

I called this place to schedule someone to take care of my elderly grandmother and the person who…read moreanswered the phone was so incredibly unfriendly and rude. She wouldn't give me her name, she didnt have any sort of professionalism and left me at a loss on how to initiate the conversation that involves me handing them my hard earned dollars. when i asked her what steps i could take to move forward with evergreen choice after an incredibly unfriendly silence she literally said "if you're looking for a job you can go to our website" talking to that woman was like the textbook example of how not to make a sale. When the owner, Ann, called she was just as unfriendly as the nameless entity that represents her business. Ann told me, quite rudely, after i laid out that i wanted someone to come to my grandmothers home 3 days a week for 4 hours a day, That the time i needed someone to watch my grandmother was not worth it to the caretakers and if i couldnt bump the time up to at least 6 hours a day no one would take the job and it would be a 'revolving door of caretakers'. I understand what she was saying, but she reduced my elderly grandmother, that i care deeply about, to a job and a job that isnt worth it to the people she chose to surround herself with and represent her brand. I cannot figure out how am i supposed to trust Ann enough to have someone she chose watch my grandmother, largely unsupervised, when she cant even get it together enough to sound slightly kind at all over the phone. Speaking to her offended me, made me feel like i was imposing on her, and also like my grandmother was too burdensome for Ms. Ann without a larger payout. Not feelings that made my heart smile about handing thousands of dollars to her. If Evergreen choice's over the phone service is so unfriendly and brusque i cant imagine their caretakers are much kinder. Not the sort of people i would want looking after my freaking grandmother. Whatever entity on behalf of evergreen choice answered their phone needs to be retrained and Ann needs to take a hard look at her branding strategy. The way to get people to pay you is NOT to tell them that the person they care about isnt worth it or lucrative enough for you. Meanie.
