I once enjoyed coming to this location but something has gone terribly wrong with customer service and satisfaction I included a picture of a fill in that I had JUST left the shop with. My tips were UNEVEN. Nail tech laughed and said it cant be perfect. Welp my $$$$ spent demands of it!!! Lol! Were talking 40-50 bucks here folks. Nail tech also shared her "annoyed- sighs" and acted as if she could care less about doing a nice job on my hands (or anyones for that matter) Maybe you should get out of the business if you aren't passionate anymore? Idk? No time for this place and their unprofessionalism. You've lost a customer! NEVER returning.... read more

Exquisit Nails - Um ok... Never returning Save your $ not to mention I pointed this out to the nail tech and she really did not give a darn. - Nail Salons Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

NEVER AGAIN! 1st time I tried this place with my sister. The whole pedicure they kept trying to upsell us to the "spa" ped. They have 3 levels of pedicures ($30/40/45). We kept saying no but they still charged us for the middle level and we asked for the lowest level - $30... but was charged the $40 each. I did not notice until after we left bc we where talking and visiting. Sister time - not paying attention! This was at least a year or so ago. So, today, my normal spot was packed so I thought I'll give them one more try. They did it again! I said no, I just want the $30.00 pedicure. I even picked up and pointed to it on the pricing sheet. Well apparently she did "gel" - which I did not ask for. And I kinda fell asleep so I did not notice. I get the bill and it's $50.00 for a pedicure! No special polish just a french tip pedicure - should have been $35.00 bc of the french. So, if you want to get over charged - here's your spot. Now keep in mind the quality of work has never been a problem. Also, everyone has masks on. Some people they did check temperatures on - not everyone tho. They did seam to wipe down the chairs between customers and they use plastic bags in the basin. So they changed that out as well. That type of customer service only fly's when customer don't have other options. There are at least 4 other spots within 2 to 3 miles of that place. read more

The service I received was excellent along with my nail tech. My appointment was for 10 and I was on time she introduced herself and from there the experience was awesone. I always allow my tech to do what they want and Emily did not disappoint at all. Will return. Great job E!!!! read more

Personally, it's not worth it. There are far better nail salons in the area. This was my first time trying them, visiting a friend. I would not recommend. As a guy, who has been getting pedicures and manicures for over 10 years, I've had better. Do not book here if attention to details are important to you. I got a basic mani/pedi and look the results. Even my nails were filed unevenly. Smh. read more

So, I am new to the area and I am looking for a home for my nails. I tried exquisite nails as it is close to my home. This place is DISGUSTING! This place DOES NOT CLEAN THEIR TOOLS! Nothing was in Barbasol, or any sort of sterilizing equipment. When giving me my pedicure the technician really grabbed a foot scrubber that had someone else's foot skin in it. And after I complained she spoke vietnamese to her co worker then rinsed an brushed it off in the foot bowl next to me. At the end of my pedicure she tried to use the same brush that she used to clean the foot scrubber to scrub my toes. YUCK! Next, the dipped manicure DOES NOT come with a cuticle clean up that is $10.00 extra. I wish Yelp had a garbage can for a review because this place is TRASH! SAVE YOUR ENDS AND GO SOME PLACE ELSE! read more

I've been coming here for five years now I have never had a bad experience Monica does my nails (ombré tips with gel)eyelashes and eyebrows. They always have a good amount of people working so there is never a long wAit. They have always been super clean and now with covid they are even more careful. They take your temp at the door and have plastic shields between you and the employer. I'm very picky when it comes to my nails so I would never give a 5 star review unless I was this impressed. They drove is worth it if you live a bit further. Ask for Monica she's amazing! read more

I've been looking for a nail salon close to home since I've moved to a different zip code. I'm completely satisfied. I will most definitely return!!! Kim ask questions and she's more interested in what you like. She asked about other products that I may be interested in and I totally understand. Some say it's annoying but I feel no one can spend my money but me. She may have an enhancement that I didn't think about or she may say something I'm not interested in. At the end of the day she's not forcing only asking, it's my money and the answer will be either yes or no!!I I will try the ombré next time and post of course.. Thanks Kim! I'll see you soon!!! read more

There's is something serious going on In this place. I was in this facility on Saturday 02-15-2020 at around 1:15 pm. The lady that did my lip wax BURNED MY LIP. I have included a picture of the burn. Aside from burning my face, she missed a spot. I went back to get it re done and she proceeded to wax again (still missing another spot) and re did the other side which was totally fine. I told her no I didn't need that side again and that the wax felt hot and she said "I know more" I'm not sure what she meant by that but I just let her finish. I went to cosmetology school a long time ago but I'm sure the sanitary part is still in place and if I remember correctly you're not supposed to 1) double dip the same stick in the wax and 2) you're not supposed to wax over the same spot twice to avoid burning the client. In all honesty, I have stopped going to this place so much because there's always an issue but never something like physically hurting me. You can guarantee that I will not be returning and I URGE new customers to look at this review and decide to go elsewhere. read more

Terrible customer service.. they're by far the rudest nail salon I've ever been too. Andy was the best nail tech in there, after I called and asked for his number because he quit from this horrible salon.. THE OWNER hung up on me. I knew she knew his number but didn't want to pass it along, which didn't make any sense because I would never go to anyone in this shop EVER. So glad Andy got away from these rude people. I'm sure he's prospering wherever he is!! read more

I would like to say I get my nails done pretty regularly across the road but they were busy across the street and I figured I would just get a fill real quick here. I usually get colored acrylic powder and clear gel, they tell me they can't do that without taking my nails off (which I don't have time for, and have done that way a bunch of times in other shops all over the area) I sit down regardless giving them the benefit of the doubt. Which apparently was a tough decision on my end. The nail tech started applying acrylic on may nails, whiteout even filing down the fingers she had added tips to. Then she left my nails completely different shapes after I asked her to fix it multiple times because I had things to do this evening, she then painted my nails 3 times with gel color making them incredible thick while only painting 2 nails a hand at a time and putting me in a broken light , after she applied the clear coat on my thumb it was apparent the nail had not dried properly due to the broken light, that had pieces from it missing and smashed glass by the buttons. When the color of the polish bled over the clear coat she looked me dead in my eyes and said "oh it is not working because you didn't put your hand in there correctly" left my hands completely bulky and uneven and charged me I think 50 for a fill and for her to ruin the shape of my nails. One is a picture of nails I have gotten in the area for the same cost and the black is what happened to me today read more

Very shoddy work for the amount of money being spent. I got a gel pedi with a deluxe pedicure (an upsell despite saying I wanted a regular pedi). The tools were not properly stored or sanitized. Despite having an autoclave, metal tools were stored on a dusty cart at each station. Throughout the service the techs talked loudly amongst each other (not very relaxing). The actual polish itself has spotty coverage and is painted on my skin in some places. The overall appearance is not professional (which is not what you want when you have gel that typically lasts for weeks). I feel as if I could do this or better at home. Not a fan, will not be returning. I should have stuck with my regular salon. read more

I went here once and wanted my ring finger with glitter and clear polish. She then told me NO that a pinkish clear polish would look better which I replied no to. Then she proceeded to paint my nails with it and said the pink would fade once it was dry, which DID NOT. What a calming atmosphere! After a stressful morning, I decided to come with my daughter to get a manicure and pedicure. Disgusting practices and very unsanitary. Tools didn't look to be sanitized. Tech attempted to use used sanding bits on toes. Tech double dipped in sugar scrubs /salt scrub after dipping her hand in my pedicure water and then passing it to another nail tech for use on another customer. Would not recommend, they are gonna give someone a fungus or worst. read more

Awful beware there is not spa the waxing is done in front of everyone and they burned my face. 35 dollars later I left with a horrific mark in my eye lid for over three weeks. Monica does awesome pink and white nails. I suggest making an appointment because they are so good they have lots of clients.

I always enjoy coming here. They are pleasant and always do a good job on my nails! I have been going here for over a year now and I don't think I have ever left without being happy about my nails. They do upsell but I expect that when I get my nails done. They know me personally and they know my fiancé personally. Always greeted with a smile and friendly staff. read more

So this is my second try here and they are so close to being ok it's painful. So an acrylic fill w mani is $30 so is take off and a new full set ???? I'm all about upsell services if they're of true value. My "Deluxe Pedi" just had a mask that only went on my mid calf and 2 scrubs ????? Didn't realize I had that much dead skin. And it wasn't massaged in, he used his nails / fingertips to scrub with. No massage there. The chair is broken so nothing good happening there either. The "deep tissue" massage that dug into my arch an rolled my ankle with a stroke or two on my calves. When I asked for more massage he rolled my ankle again. The apparent owner is at this very moment - is sitting in the chair right next to me with her shoes off eating lunch . Not an ounce of professionalism to be had here. I was willing to over look the obvious age and disrepair and not the cleanest (I am fairly OCD) but to be more frustrated after than before just isn't worth the convenience. Won't be back unless I'm really really desperate. read more

I've tried to give this spot numerous chances being that they are open on Sundays and close to where I live but .....Ughhh. I don't get a friendly vibe from this place and the pedicures are just so-so...My recent visit was for a polish change and the young lady acted as if it was an inconvenience or so I felt. I dont care what fancy offerings they now have, I'm not sure I will return unless I hear they have improved on their customer service. read more

I will say that it is clean and they use an autoclave, but that is pretty much the only positive thing I can say. I went in for a pedicure and got the most lackluster service I've ever received. The shop only had one other client and two employees when I arrived and yet I waited at least 15 minutes until they started my pedi. The entire pedicure (minus the polish) only took 5 minutes and then another customer came in and she went to do a brow wax and the other employee painted my nails. I find that pretty unprofessional. $25 for barely more than a polish change is ridiculous. read more

Horrible. I got an acrylic fill. 6 of my nail beds are bleeding. I asked her repeatedly not to cut my cuticles so she filed them down like a crazy person with her crazy drill. Asked me 4 times to add on another service or charge. NO! There's glue stuck on my fingers from goodness knows what. I'm terrified I got an infection. Trust these reviews.
