She took the truck to the shop and they were supposed to fix the rear main seal and the water pump. They proceeded to tell her it wasn't the rear main seal and that we needed a new oil pan. Charged her for what should've been a gold plated coil pan and then they didn't connect the air intake properly and also jammed the mass airflow sensor in sideways. When I had gotten my truck back after deployment it was gasping for air we found the air leak and fixed that particular problem. However I ignored that it had a new rough idle and it just threw code for both banks and that's when I noticed the mass airflow sensor. whoever the mechanic that worked on my vehicle should never be allowed near a vehicle again. The amount of items he was negligent towards not to mention the lack of finesse with the parts he reapplied show he does not have what it takes to be a mechanic. I was so mad initially with how I got my truck back i didnt ever want to acknowledge my truck went to that shop I now regret not taking it back and forcing them to fix what they had done.

So Santos looked up several different options and made me an excellent offer. I couldn't believe it. They had to order in the tires but Santos called me when they were in. I didn't have to schedule an appointment. I just showed up and they got me right in. Everyone was so courteous. They had my tires switched out very promptly. They offer a free torque between 10 to 50 miles. So I drove around for 15 miles. And they got me right in. I didn't even have to get out of my vehicle. They will my first choice when I need tires again. They will take excellent care of you.

Mike was extremely kind and understanding and did everything he could to help us out. Got an alignment today, after alignment there was three warning lights on my dashboard…read more The store did not disclose that they cannot reprogram that computer on a Toyota. I called the store and complained ended up taking my truck to another shop to get realigned and the computer codes cleared. Turns out they didn't even align my truck completely correct. Paid for an alignment that meant nothing at Les Schwab waste of $125. Ended up paying for another alignment at another store that could clear my codes because the alignment sheet showed that Les Schwab didn't do jack shit to my truck as far as aligning it.
