She took the truck to the shop and they were supposed to fix the rear main seal and the water pump. They proceeded to tell her it wasn't the rear main seal and that we needed a new oil pan. Charged her for what should've been a gold plated coil pan and then they didn't connect the air intake properly and also jammed the mass airflow sensor in sideways. When I had gotten my truck back after deployment it was gasping for air we found the air leak and fixed that particular problem. However I ignored that it had a new rough idle and it just threw code for both banks and that's when I noticed the mass airflow sensor. whoever the mechanic that worked on my vehicle should never be allowed near a vehicle again. The amount of items he was negligent towards not to mention the lack of finesse with the parts he reapplied show he does not have what it takes to be a mechanic. I was so mad initially with how I got my truck back i didnt ever want to acknowledge my truck went to that shop I now regret not taking it back and forcing them to fix what they had done.

So Santos looked up several different options and made me an excellent offer. I couldn't believe it. They had to order in the tires but Santos called me when they were in. I didn't have to schedule an appointment. I just showed up and they got me right in. Everyone was so courteous. They had my tires switched out very promptly. They offer a free torque between 10 to 50 miles. So I drove around for 15 miles. And they got me right in. I didn't even have to get out of my vehicle. They will my first choice when I need tires again. They will take excellent care of you.

Many locations in Gillette at the time were booked a week out, but when I explained our situation to Midas, they fit us right in. They explained every step of their inspection process and let us know the issues going on with our car in a very timely manner. Mike was extremely kind and understanding and did everything he could to help us out. I also really appreciated that when I asked for explanations of the purposes of the broken parts in the car, Mike explained them thoroughly without talking down to me, which I have often faced in auto shops.
