They are very fast in getting someone to my house and their service is also very fast and efficient. Both times someone had gotten everything done in less than twenty minutes. Lately I've had to replace a deadbolt and locking door knob to our garage and instead of waiting for a house call I decided to bring the pieces to their actual location to be done - our garage couldn't be locked and it couldn't wait. I called and was told they could do it on the spot, but they closed at three. I got there at 2:30, was greeted with two smiles from the two people there and bing, bam, boom, not even 15 minutes later I was off with a new door knob, new deadbolt, and both keyed to the same master key. Not clear why such a vehicle should be any more costly to customers than any tow truck, painter's van, exterminator truck or sewer pump , but a non-emergency trip to our home for a pre-scheduled service call was $275. Labor and materials on top of that. An emergency call in December 2026 was north of $600. In neither case were we in a position to take the problem to their permanent location, short of removing the front door from the house. Also, be sure and nail down whether the work they perform has a warranty. We stupidly did not.
