They all seemed to be operators who assign you to some unknown local person who can come out to you and replace the key. Add to that, there prices were double what I paid here : Here it was $75 to get a key w a chip replaced for a late 2000s foreign car. I'm so glad I could support an actual local business, reputable and with a physical location. The key was ready in no less than 30 minutes, they had me check it and then shaved it down a little more. Part of this tantrum included saying she was going to be put on their "list." Whatever that means. Total overreaction to a reasonable request. This review is not about the price - it's about the way you treat people. If technicians are telling people they don't have to pay for stuff, that's between you and them - not the customers problem.
