Had an emergency situation while away from home with a dead pin pad lock that kept our petsitter from getting in. Ron in the field worked diligently on our less than ideal door situation and got it working again. Huge relief having it fixed. The price was reasonable even after needing two different doors and a screen door worked on. Thank you to both Rons! read more

Called to service lock on sliding glass door. Locksmith replaced lock and door still won't lock properly. Door is less than 5 years old. $188.38 for no resolution. Owner replied that the door frame is broken. (Door frame is fine) I was able to raise plate with screw driver and fix problem myself that the locksmith said he already tried. Door is now working fine after my handy work. read more

Within fifteen minutes of calling for a quote, a locksmith was in our home fixing the problem. We couldn't be happier with the friendly service or quality work that was done and will absolutely call A-All Lock & Key whenever we need services like this in the future! read more

Locked out of residence. Received a quick response and quote with time frame of an hour. Called and left message for technician (assuming on call), twenty minutes later still hadn't heard from tech so I called again. Actually talked with tech this time, and told he'd arrive in an hour. He arrived after hour had past... (grr...), but was able to quickly get me back into my residence to get my keys. Was disappointed in how long it took to actually get tech onsite, but otherwise very pleased with all other aspects of service. Side note - I thought actual unlocking process was really cool to see done by a pro even though I have done some amateur lock picking and lock re-keying years ago and had idea of what it might entail - Thanks! read more

Affordable service, great customer service!!! Thanks All Lock and Key for assisting with my commercial vehicle key replacement!!

Huge thank you to All Lock & Key! My sister lost her only set of car keys...ugh. These guys had our problem solved faster than I ever expected. I had an unfortunate miscommunication with a friend who was staying at my house over the weekend and needless to say, I was locked out of my house. After panicking from seeing all the "closed" notes for the St. Louis locksmith's on Yelp, this company came up open 24/7. Joe answered the call and was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to have my brother meet him at my house since I was on my way home from an out of town trip and this wasn't an issue. The cost was only $65 (cash only) and he was available right away. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! To be honest, I hope I never need these guys again, but knowing they're an option in a time of need is comforting! read more

No Stars. They're rude. They're unprofessional. They're late. Hope you don't get Corey, the young fellow with a bad attitude. He was so rude & jerky (and late) when he showed to get me into my apartment and he still expected me to kiss his butt! I told him he needed to change his attitude and he left & didn't do the job! I called an "owner", who was unclear about his position with the company who told me he would come out & do the job, but it might take an hour. And this owner didn't seem to care about Corey's behaviour...I suppose he's just someone's son. I called another company...got in in 5 seconds. All- Lock did eventually call back...and hour & a half later! Clearly they could care less about making customers happy. NOT WORTH IT, CALL SOMEONE ELSE! read more

Super quick response with a quote. Able to schedule quickly. Quick on-site service. Final price as quoted. A+!

Excellent Service. Funny, down to earth guys manning the shop. I brought a used scooter that I purchased to other locksmiths within the Southampton neighborhood, and they couldn't make the magic happen. These guys not only go the job done, they did it within one hour. When I got their call, I was expecting them to say, "Sorry man, we couldn't get it," but instead I heard, "It's ready. Come get this out of our shop." This is our place for all of our key and lock needs from now on. read more

Had a great experience with these guys. The owner responded to my request for a quote super quickly on Yelp and then got me on their schedule right away. Loved that I was able to schedule them all by just messaging on Yelp! The technician who showed up was very professional and friendly and got the job done quickly (we had several locks re-keyed). Highly recommended! read more

The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, poor customer service and refused to give her name when I asked. She costs the company a $175 job due to her negativity! Will never use or recommend this company! read more

Arrived a little late because he was stuck at a previous appt., but as soon as he arrived, checked my lock & within 10 minutes had a key made. I was able to purchase a keyless remote entry online and get A-All Lock & Key to program and cut it, potentially saving me hundreds over taking the car to a dealer and having them do it. The process took about 30 minutes, but well worth it. read more

I called this place last night after having locked my keys in my car just shortly after 10:00PM. I spoke with both a man and a woman. The woman took my personal information. Highly recommend!!! They responded immediately and got the work done very quickly and efficiently for a fair price. Fantastic craftspeople and the consummate professionals. The last time I had to use a locksmith it was classic bait and switch. One price was advertised on the internet but when the locksmith arrived he claimed he would have to drill out the old lock and replace it with a new lock for a total cost of $700-800. When I told him I would get a second opinion he used the bulb devices to pop the door open but it was still over $200.00. With All Lock the price I was quoted on the phone is what I paid. I hope I never need to use a locksmith again but if I ever do it will be All Lock and Key Co. read more

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST! If you are in St. Louis USE ALL LOCK AND KEY CO and not AMERIKEY! If Amerikey comes up in your Google search for any local number they send out local contractors that will harass you! I don't care how desperate you are. This company really helped me out in more ways than just opening my door. I locked myself out of my house this morning. I called around and could not find any place that opened before 8 am. Luckily I had my cell and Googled a company that said they could dispatch someone for $35 and they'd be there in 20-30 minutes. (This is a different company not All Lock and Key, the first one I called was Amerikey.) About 45 minutes go by and I get a phone call from a foreign woman obviously lying in bed and she confirms the address and says they'll be there in 20 minutes. So already this other company is SUPER LATE. Finally it's past 8 am and I call All Lock and Key Co. I explain to All Lock and Key Co that I had already called another company but they were almost 2 hours late. They tell me they charge $65 and I said that might be too much. The person at All Lock says, "Did they say they'd charge you $35??" And I said yes they did! He said "DO NOT let them work on your house! They are scam artists and once they get there your bill will end up being over $300. They prey on women and use intimidation to get the money." He says someone will be there in 3 minutes and if the other people show up tell them to go away. Within 3 minutes the All Lock worker shows up and tells me that this other company is known to all reputable locksmiths for ripping off women and scaring them. The man at All Lock and Key was SO NICE. I felt so comfortable having him there. The first guy (scam artist) pulls up in a shady van and calls me when he sees the All Lock van in my driveway. He starts yelling at me about calling another locksmith. I told him, the truth, that I called his dispatcher and told them to tell him immediately to turn around because he was 2 hours late and I had called someone else. He never exits the van and he is yelling at me demanding money. He wants me to come give him my credit card. I tell him no because he was so late and wasn't doing the work and to leave and that I was hanging up. I could barely understand him, he had a very thick accent. The All Lock guy said not to worry because the guy wouldn't get out of his van with him there and he was able to open my front door. The entire time this guy is across the street calling me and harassing me. I can't understand him and I tell him to leave. The All Lock man turns around and waives him off and says, 'You need to leave now.' I was so afraid that the thick accent guy was going to do something to my house (still am worried) and that he would circle back around after he left. I stayed home a little longer and pointed my ADT cameras out the window to capture anyone coming to my front or back door while I am gone. I was seriously scared of this first guy. The dispatcher for the first guy (Amerikey) calls and I tell him that his man scared me and I was afraid of him damaging my home and that he was yelling at me and demanding I come out to his van with my credit card. The dispatcher says that he will talk to the driver about being 2 hours late and that there is no charge. But I'm still freaked out. I'm sure the dispatcher is in some other part of the country and doesn't even know these contractors. Anyway. The service of All Lock and Key Co is as good as it gets. I felt so safe with him there and I appreciated the person answering the phone and the tech telling me all about the company that came out and harassed me. I hope that if I ever need them that they are there for me. I also hope that no one ever uses the first scam company (Amerikey) for their own safety! read more

This shop is very good except for one thing.... They post their hours on the building and here on the internet.. Now for the truth they are hardly ever there.... I went to the store three different time in a weeks time and all the time they were closed.... One time the sign said "Open" but no one there. Sat in the parking lot for over a half hour and still no one showed up and no information on the door.. Called and NO answer or answering machine.... If you don't have an emergency don't do business here.... Go to Bucheit's in Highridge... I agree that most Locksmiths are a dieing breed and he is one of them.... read more
