I have been taking my cars to Larry at Senatore Auto Repair for the last four years or so. He…read morealways provides me with a very good estimate of what the repair will cost me before the work and has serviced it on a last minute basis a few times. When I was looking for "new" old car, I brought the one I picked by his shop and he inspected it, put it up on the lift and checked everything out before he gave it a thumbs up. I had called beforehand to ask if I could stop by and he said "Yes, I want to make sure you get a good car. I'll look at it free." There was a light that went on on the dashboard, I brought the car to him and left it there for a few hours. Later when I came back he told me what sensor was causing the light to go on. He said he checked that sensor's part and it was fine, looked over the whole area, to be sure. He said, "I think the sensor is busted, but the part is fine. I could replace the part, but there's nothing wrong with it. Even with a brand new part, the sensor is probably going to continue to make the dashboard light go on." So, he could have just replaced the part, told me the sensor problematic and charged me for the service. But instead, he charged me nothing. Told me to bring the car by to have the computer read the car to make sure that was the only sensor that was misbehaving. Larry cares about his customers, their cars, and their pocketbooks. Anything he has fixed on my car has stayed fixed. When he changes my oil he looks over everything for me. He's a great guy and it's rare to find someone who cares so much about their work and their customers.

I appreciate their honesty in not selling you services that are not needed. If they feel something is needed they will photograph it and show why parts or services are needed. It doesn't matter what brand vehicle you purchase... All of the service departments are horrible to deal with. Today we go for an oil change. There are no cars waiting or in the bay. There are 25 minutes before they close and it never takes close to 25 minutes for my oil change. They close at 6pm. We're told there's not enough time and they can't do it. We get back home (to Wyoming not right in WB) before 6pm. And there wasn't enough time? If closing is going to be at 5:30pm then state that on your site and on Google instead of having closing time at 6pm. Or find employees who actually want to work. Just another reason we won't be going back to Motorworld. After seeing the kind of customer service and excellent employees that Blaise Alexander Hazelton has to offer we know what we shouldn't deal with. They saw me immediately for a dashboard light issue when Motorworld said it would be months before they could schedule me. And this is after myself and my family have purchased a total of 6 new vehicles from them over the years. They don't care and never will. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for vehicle purchases and oil changes. **Went to Valvoline in Kingston today and they were wonderful. They did so much more than Motorworld ever did. Very thorough and similar pricing. They have three bays that they use instead of having two and only using one like Motorworld.**
