I called Tire Choice in Dallas, PA to request a vehicle inspection. The bummer is that when you…read morecall, you get a moron on the other end who is supposed to do scheduling for them. I asked for a vehicle inspection for a specific date and time and advised that I did not want to drop the car off but rather wanted an appointment for 10:00 am and would wait for the inspection to be done. The "scheduler" got my phone number wrong, and scheduled me for a basic oil change. What? So I asked to speak to the people at Tire Choice in Dallas, PA. Of course, when I was transferred to Dallas all went well. They have all my vehicle & personal information at hand and gave me a 10:00 am appointment no problem. The service at TC is excellent and for that reason I am giving them a 5 star rating. I love Tire Choice, but why do they have such an idiotic scheduling system in place? What a turn-off that must be to potential new customers!
