Everything was loaded from our old house quickly. There were a few items that didn't fit in the truck but we were able to go back later and retrieve. Christian and Cameron wasted no time upon arrival at our new house. They were communicative and checked in periodically to ensure boxes and furniture were going to the right locations. They quickly unloaded and had our furniture reassembled in no time. We were very impressed by them. They carried themselves professionally and were friendly. They had us unloaded quicker than expected! They were very appreciative of the Gatorade we picked up for them and thanked us several times. They asked me to pay a $99 booking fee so I did. Yesterday I picked up my keys to the apartment and found the unit to be in a horrible state. With disgusting odor of Indian food. A catastrophe. I immediately reached out to Betos to tell them of the emergency and asked them to please work with me to reschedule for when the unit is properly ready. This is one day before the scheduled move which is supposed to be today. The state of the unit was uninhabitable. I could not in good conscience MOVE my stuff into the unit. The person immediately said I will have to pay another $99 booking fee despite me sharing the details of my situation. I asked them to consider the fact that I'm already dealing with this emergency and cannot afford to pay yet another fee. He said "please understand this is a business" What I understand is the lack of customer service and human decency. Even though I'm experiencing a major emergency situation that is not my fault. They refuse to be helpful and reschedule my move. What a horrible experience. What ever happened to human decency and customer service???

Beau, the owner, visited us and gave an estimate that was very competitive. Throughout the move process they had very good communication. Before the move, we packed up most of the things ourselves, but Phoenix offered to have some of their office staff pack up the fragile items like dishes and art work on an hourly rate. This really helped! On the day of the move, they were on time and they brought in 10 people to pack the van and get us on our way quickly. When they moved us, they did not consolidate and transfer our things to another van, our things stayed in the same van until it reached its final destination.
