I talked to her the week before and she called the crew to put me on their schedule. A guy got to my house at 6:00 pm. He opened my septic and told me this was not my septic and where was it. He asked if my toilets were working, if the alarm went off for the septic tank and that I was going to need an electrician. I had turned the breaker off because of the alarm and I don't need an electrician! He then proceeded to ask me if I wanted him to pump it anyway. I told him no. I will never do business with Basin Septic. This is not how you treat people.

As we were expecting snow overnight they couldn't guarantee that they could get down my driveway on Wednesday. Around 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon I heard some noise in my driveway and, lo and behold, there was Jim's truck pumping our tanks. They found a way to take care of our problem before the snow hit.
