I like this store for the large shopping space and the classy clothing. I don't buy more clothes here though, because they run a little too expensive to buy more than a few items. This store is great for business wear and upscale outings. The jewelry is around 20 to 40 dollars, and their camis are 23 dollars. Although they have high prices, they're always on top of it when it comes to fashion trends. Their clothing is made with superior quality so it's worth every penny! I've had many great buys from here that I wear quite often. I love Express, their clothes fit me so well. They carry a variety of styles so I can buy things for work, casual or to go out at night. They also have different styles for different bodies, some things that look better on slim straight bodies and things that look good on a more curvy body (aka like me!) The staff is very helpful, friendly and attentive and they do a great job keeping the store clean, organized and as stocked as they can. It is a bit on the pricey side, but they almost always have some buy one get one offers and when there are sales you can find great deals. I also get the coupons in the mail almost monthly; I never go to the store without one so I usually save between $15 and $50! read more

I love this store and have been shopping here for quite some time. I don't do much shopping - however, so when I do make it to the mall the two or three times a year that I go - I always go to Express. The customer service is great. I was looking for jeans this time and the gal who helped me nailed 4 out of the 5 pairs that I tried on! She knew her product! The other thing I love about Express is that I am curvey and it is often difficult for me to find pants that I can simply buy off the rack and not have to have altered. I love the Editor pant and am in love with my 4 brand new pairs of jeans!! I bought 3 pair and got one free - plus I saved an additional $30 with the coupon I received via email. Sweeeeet! read more

I was EXTREMELY pleased when I came to this store. I have visited the Express at Newpark Mall and Great Mall, and this Express is by the far the best! All 3 locations provided excellent customer service, but this store has WAAAAY more of a selection. I'm a picky shopper, and Express is my FAVORITE and ONLY store that I shop at for clothes. I came in looking for an outfit to go on a date. I walked into the fitting room with 2 shirts and 2 skirts, and I walked out with like 9 shirts and 2 skirts after. The girls at the fitting room were soooo determined to find me an outfit that I liked and I as soooo determined to turn everyone down. I love that! They made me feel comfortable about all the outfits, and I ended up walking out with the originial top and skirt that I had walked in the fitting room with. Overall, I had FUN trying on all the clothes and chatting it up with the ladies. 5 stars, my favorite store! read more

This review is for Express mens. I was in today. Found a dress shirt I liked and wanted to try on. I've purchased over 30 dress shirts from Express in the past 11 years and have been an Express customer since 1997. Moving on I asked an employee to try it on and he makes a smart ass comment saying "we have try on's" ok I already know what size I am. I want to try on the one I'm potentially buying I say. He says "It's our policy." Well kid, I've been a customer since 1997 and I've never had a problem. He says "talk to my manager" I said ok. I proceeded to tell him the story and he doesn't care. He doesn't care that I'm a long time customer etc. He was condescending to me. I said you lost me as a customer. And he just walks away. Wow! Are you kidding? No apology nothing?! I asked what his name and he said Jose. Who knows if he's lying or what. He's the jerk with a beard. And the little metro employee with his peach fuzz on his face and life preserver vest...learn a thing or two about customer service. You two will never progress from your little retail jobs with those attitudes. Will follow up with the store manager on this matter. These degenerates need a crash course in customer service. I'm sticking to my Polo shirts and Levi's jeans for now. Forget Express! read more

I've been a loyal Express customer for about 7+ years. And this is the only Express store that I can think of that DID NOT FULLY MEET my standards of customer service. I came into the store and for about 20 minutes I was not greeted or offered any help. It was only 2 PM and there was not many customers in the store. Mind you that the employees made eye contact with me and I even heard them greeting the customers around me and the ones that entered after. However this store has a GEM that saved me from walking out and purchasing from another Express store. Tori was the first and only person who greeted me and helped me when I was in her proximity which was near the cash register. She asked if I needed some help and I declined. But I thanked her for being willing to help and for being the only person to knowledge me. I ended up going into the dressing room with the help of another employee after she did notice that I was looking for someone to open the door. After I tried on a skirt I came out to ask the employee if I had put the skirt too high or too low. I couldn't find that same employee, but Tori did notice me once again and offered to help. Here she expressed her product knowledge. Thank you once again, Tori! After the fitting room I went to get another product and I was ready to be rung up. The customer ahead of me was doing an online order and I could hear it was going to take it while. Now for the third time, Tori noticed me and she hopped on the register to help. She was very personable and she shared about her interest in physical therapy. She was very pleasant, very helpful, and very genuine. She deserves five stars in so many categories of customer service. I might have given this store only one star out of five because it was large and it did have most of the products I wanted. But she saved the day and I give it a four. I am hoping that this store and corporate takes notice of what kind of customer service is being offered at this location and I hope that they recognize that Tori is a valuable employee. Honestly, she sets the bar for customer service. She would be a value to any company that deals with people. Tori, if I could have tipped you, I would have shown you my appreciation and hopefully have made your day like you saved my experience at this store. I'm excited for your future. read more

I like their product but their customer service sucks. I am a regular customer with an Express NEXT Rewards Card AND credit card. Not only do they rarely help you find what you need, but they have a HORRIBLE return policy. If you buy something online, be sure to bring the "right" portion of receipt. Even if it lists the items and has an order number they will refuse to return it, even for store credit. The only thing you can do is exchange it for the current value - not what you paid. You can't even exchange an item for equal value. I'm a district manager for another retailer and am very familiar with policies and what can be done. Their approach to return/exchange customers is RIDICULOUS. They will not retain my business if they keep treating loyal customers this way. Btw, their rewards program sucks too. Be sure to redeem your earned rewards quickly or they expire and they will NOT honor them for you. read more

I went to express looking for a dress for my vegas trip and there was an associate (blonde hair,Hispanic, curly hair) and i had the opposite experience as the person below. She was extremely nice and helpful. She directed me to their dress section and even help me with choosing some out I was already stressed out with this shopping trip since i could not find anything and it was the only day i had to shop (flying out tues) but she went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. Even carried my dresses to the fitting room for me so i didnt have to carry them all as i was still searching. Needless to say i walked out of there with the perfect dress and a smile on my face. :) next time i go in express i will defintely be looking for her for help read more

I purchased this Photographer cotton Pant last friday. I wore for about few days and washed it in heat. unfortunately, pant shrink. I bring this to store where I purchased in Stoneridge mall. In fact there was one instance when a male sales associate quoted me the wrong price however he honored that lower price when it rang up at the register!!!! Clothes are fine. The customer service here is worse than Wal-Mart. The best of their worst was that everybody in their 20' x 10' shop asked us if we needed help within about 10 mins of each other. Whatever, I guess that's customer service to them. Next, as my mother is looking at shirts, the guy with the hair made a face as if he was completely inconvenienced that he would have to walk around her to talk with his coworker about a tie. Good move doing that while I'm looking straight at you, at least be sneaky about it. To top it off, the cashier snatched my aunts Express card out of her hand in the most rude way possible. When she told her that she didn't want to use any points, the lady said: "Well, you don't have any." There was one lady up front that was actually polite and helpful, but 1 out of 6 staff isn't really great. Come on Express, we just spent $400 on 2 pairs of pants and 4 shirts that were on sale and felt like crap leaving your store. Next time I'll go to Nordstroms. read more
