After taxes and tip, I paid about $70-80. Can't remember exactly. They currently are only doing CC only. Since I've never brought Ryce here during "normal" times, I don't know about the free roaming and all of that. But I've only heard great things. Can't wait to take him back.

Service here is top notch. They are quick and highly skilled. You can tell they love on your babies just as much as you do.

The issue was that throughout the time my dog developed fleas and was always an issue right after the grooming. They use a van to do the grooming. It was very difficult to get rid of the fleas since they get on your furniture and such. Well Avery stopped working for this company and we started with another grooming company. Intersting enough, no more flea issue. Can only guess that the source was the grooming van. There is no way that the company or groomer was able to "clean" or get rid of fleas between grooming stops. Just a word of caution

I won't be bringing my dog back here ever. The first incident was when my dog had cuts all over him and when i informed them the manager called me back but nothing happened. The 2nd incident was a couple of months ago when they cut my dogs ear hair off without my permission. They did not call while he was in their care nor did we discuss his ears and when i informed them they responded like there is nothing they could do. They make you pay for the services (plus you give them a tip) before they bring the dogs from the back and then you find out there are issues with your dog. Never do they try to remedy it or give you your money back. The last and third one was recently when i picked my dog up and when i got in the car i noticed my dog was bleeding under the bandana. When i removed the bandana, they had cut one of his moles. When i went back in to report it the young lady just said ooh its a nic and I could ask for her in the future. She also stated she is the new owner but did nothing to correct the situation. Plus his foot was swollen when I got home. One of the girls must have recently had a baby and the small baby is behind the counter which is very unsanitary. They left the baby in the front alone and was in the back when I came back in to report my issues regarding my dog. I will not be patronizing this place again because they care nothing about the dogs. I wonder what he had to endure in their care. My money spends but it won't be with them.

The groom was not as expected and he came home with a very severe ear nick that bled for a few days. The place stinks of urine and fecal matter. Timeliness is not part of this operation.

I have seen people claim they checked cameras and their pet was never outside the kennel. In my experience I check the cameras intermittently throughout the day and sometimes he is napping in the kennel other times he is out on the play yard living his best life. Just depends on the time of day you check, but I assure you they get plenty of play time and socialization. He normally sleeps good the next day because he plays so hard while there. They even post daily pics of the dogs to their facebook so if you miss your pets play times, you can be reassured there as well. The staff is also wonderful and are always happy to see him. I would not feel comfortable leaving him in anyone else's care.

From a little research and word of mouth I stumbled upon the rovervelt. I'm very hesitant on where I take the boys because I've had groomers go clipper happy before, but I've heard nothing but great things. From the moment I walked in everyone was absolutely amazing and super welcoming. I decided to add play time as well as have them groomed and it was the best decision. I dropped them off around 9am and picked them up around 530pm. The price was amazing for what they provide, coming from California I was used to paying $350 for both dogs just to get groomed, It felt like a crime leaving paying what I did! It was no where close to that, I would have been completely okay with paying more! That's how happy I am with The Rovervelt. 1. The boys look great 2. grinch feet -gone 3.butts cleaned up 4. they are so soft 5. they smell AMAZING, and last but not least 6. they are soooo tired! They have been asleep (besides to eat dinner -but I wouldn't want to sleep through dinner, so I don't blame them) since we got home. They told me they loved playing and they couldn't get them out of pool haha. We plan on returning weekly for full day play, monthly for grooming, and boarding with we go out of town. I will tell everyone I know with dogs about how amazing they cared for my boys. Thank you so much Rovervelt for taking care of them! The staff is excellent, I love the webcams, suite options, and the staff is always attentive and focused.. I never see them on their phones or distracted, and it's obvious that they truly care about the dogs. Also appreciate that timely updates about anything unusual are thoughtfully communicated so I don't panic. Ive tried most of the boarding places in town- this one is the best. ( And I have English Bulldogs which are notoriously high maintenance)
