    Luna the Tuna at training

Great place! We had our Luna, a 2.5 year old German shepherd, trained here. I would board my dogs here without hesitation. And they have great grooming as well. Really reasonable prices for it. Highly recommend. Luna went rather wild and impulsive and came back super attentive and much more self-control. Highly recommend! I felt like all staff I interacted with cared for her as I would. And just so impressed with how much she learned and how easily it transferred to me, my young children and their Dad when he returned from a deployment. Again, highly recommend! Plus I love all the pictures they post daily. This is one of the many pictures they took of my girl having a blast.

So fortunate to have a place like this. The prices are beyond reasonable. She set up some in-house consultation time with me to meet her (Sarah) as well as the pet-sitter that would be responsible for my kitties. They were both lovely and I felt comfortable with them. I booked ( through the online portal) the days I needed her to visit the kitties ( I have 2 persian cats). Each visit is 30 minutes and costs around $20 per visit and then an extra $3 per cat. I document each cats details on the portal as well as instructions for them to follow. Updates are sent through the customer portal. I always feel as ease knowing that my kitties are being taken care of. They send daily updates through the portal with cute pics of your pet. I Just have to mention that when Hurricane Barry was said to impact New Orleans, my hubby and i decided to leave because we have a newborn and couldn't risk staying in New Orleans. I called Sarah the day we left and asked her if she could see to the cats while we were away and she agreed too. She is truly our life saver. We played it by ear and because the storms weren't too bad she was able to check on them daily keeping me informed the entire time. She even picked up my packages for me at no additional cost as this was separate visit. If you are considering their services, don't hesitate and book it now. As you can see from this post I have been using their services for almost 4 years now and going strong. My persian kitties just love them!

She took my dog "for vitals" and didn't return for several minutes. I went to find her and saw her pinned tightly between the tech's arm and body, with a towel positioned to hide a rope around her neck. Another staff member said they were waiting for the doctor, but as soon as they noticed me watching, the rope came off and she was returned. Later, in the room, she got a shot while I held her -- no barking, no movement. Clearly, the rope and aggressive restraint were unnecessary. Their social media shows gentle, happy animals at outreach events -- no ropes, no towels, no rough handling. What I saw today was the opposite. We won't be back. Update: we've found another vet after reviewing the video from the visit and watching their TikTok making fun of the feedback from our experience.

Because we do not live in the area, we had to do a significant amount of research, ask detailed questions, and place a great deal of trust in the person we chose. May appeared professional, was knowledgeable about her services, and clearly cares about animals. Based on our early interactions, she seemed capable and experienced. However, communication became a major concern. Email responses were very slow, and important details were not provided until the last minute. The most concerning issue occurred one week before the wedding, when we finally received an invoice that included unexpected charges. While we were initially quoted $75 per hour, the invoice included over $200 in additional "consultation" fees. There was no formal consultation--only a few email exchanges (approximately 3-4 emails) requesting basic information about services and timelines, many of which went unanswered. Due to the lack of timely communication and the surprise fees so close to our wedding date, we ultimately felt uncomfortable moving forward and canceled our plans. Future clients may want to clarify all fees in writing upfront and ensure communication expectations are clearly established.
