We just moved to New Orleans with my wife less than a month ago. We have never used a service like this. She had to go out of town and I was scheduled to work all weekend. We looked into different option but based on the reviews we decided to get in touch with K9. What a great call! Brendan came over to the house to get to know our dogs before anything. Great guy running a serious caring business. You get to know and see a profile of the "walkers" and if you would like you can meet them as well before anything. No need for us as we felt comfortable after meeting Brendan. Both my pug and shih tzu were walked throughout the weekend, and I got to get home to find a note every day saying what time they went out, if they ate and how they behaved. K9 cares about your dog , they love making sure our furry friends receive the love and attention they need .The Updates with pictures and notes were hilarious but seriously relieved our anxiety about how our sweet girls were doing . We have used K9 Second Line for pet sitting services for our dog for several years now, and we have had nothing but great experiences with them. What distinguishes K9 is professionalism. K9 Second Line is wonderful. They've been walking my dog George, a dachshund/beagle mix, every weekday for almost 2 years now, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Brendan, the owner, is very responsive and flexible, and it's clear he really cares about the customers and their dogs. I really trust him and his staff with George. The walkers leave a note every day to let you know how the walk went and if anything unusual happened. They are very considerate - making sure to clean George off if it's been wet so he doesn't get the furniture dirty, etc. And you can really tell from their notes that they enjoy spending time with him. Brendan and the rest of his K9 Team are fantastic!! I moved to New Orleans with a very old and medically-needy 13-year-old Chocolate Lab and they took him under their wing immediately. Kate has been walking my dog for the past year and has done an amazing job. She consistently leaves me a note each day about how the walk went, anything different she may have observed about my dog, and always leaves at least 5 minutes to throw his favorite toy for him before she leaves. I've used K9 for many weekend trips and they have been just as flexible, attentive, and conscientious in caring for my dog as they are on a short mid-day walk. I have been using K9 Second Line for years now for my precious french bulldog. I use them for daily walks when I am at work and for pet sitting when I am traveling. They always give me prompt updates right after seeing my dog with photos and sweet notes. They are easy to schedule with, and all of the employees are so friendly. They are all animal lovers. I've been using K9 Second Line for about two years now. They've been a wonderful service that gives rare customer service, like sending me pictures of my pets and updates on everything to make my wife and I feel at ease when we are on vacation. Before K9 I used to board my pets, but one time they got so sick from being confined with a bunch of other animals that I ended up having to pay an outrageous vet bill. We decided never to board our animals again. K9 not only does a wonderful job in caring for my animals when I'm away, but has probably saved me a ton of money in past and future vet bills as well. I happened to see the sign on the side of the K9 Second Line vehicle when walking my dogs in my neighborhood. I called and talked to Brendan, who came over a few days later to meet my dogs. I filled out a few forms, and set up a schedule for those days when I can't come home to walk my dogs. I have now been using K9 Second Line for 4 months, and love them. My dogs are happy with the extra attention they get, and they leave a note every time they visit with a report on how the dogs did. K9 Second Line is so incredible with George. They make sure he gets his exercise while I am at work. The entire K9 team are incredible. Our Wichita loves every member she's met. We've been using their services for at least 18 months and they have always been so helpful and loving to our pets. Even when there are storms and Wichita won't come out of her hiding place, the team members stay with her for her allotted time, because no way will she leave her hiding spot!! I will be using K9 Second LIne again and again! My little frenchie does much better at home with indivudalized attention when we are out of town. The K9 team kept him very happy for our last two weekend getaways. They kept me updated with text messages and photos, and left notes of how my baby was doing, what he had been up to, and what he had eaten.
