Roughly four weeks ago, on December 15, 2023, I drove from NC to Murfreesboro to spend a couple of days with family in the area. I was supposed to have a really quick turnaround. During my drive to Murfreesboro, I had a light turn on in my BMW X3 regarding my coolant. I arrived in town Friday evening and the following morning, I took my vehicle to BMW of Nashville to have the coolant checked/refilled. While my vehicle was at the dealer, they identified a leak and completed further diagnosis to determine the radiator hose needed a replacement - this was the primary radiator hose on top. The quote provided to me by the dealership to complete the repair was egregious compared to the average cost for this repair. The cost was FOUR TIMES the average cost of replacing a radiator hose. I immediately began exploring other options which is where Chris comes into play. I called ATL Total Car Care and explained my situation and the needed repair. We talked through it and Chris was willing to help me and take my car in, the same day, to assist. Chris did not have the hose that I needed in stock but said if I could purchase the part directly from the dealer, he would still handle the repair. So, with Chris' idea, I was able to pick up my car from the dealer, purchase the necessary hose directly from the parts department, and then headed to Chris' way! They close around 2 pm on Saturday from what I recall. Chris took my car in around 12:30 that afternoon - he and his team stayed past closing time to complete the repair. The team waited for me to come and pick up the vehicle and close out afterward. Outstanding service. Affordable pricing. Good People.

The technicians worked as a team between the two operating bays. The entire process was about 20 minutes. The services were rung up and discounts applied. Cost was competitive with my normal shop. I was informed the wheels cannot be repaired, meaning they effectively ruined a discontinued staggered set of Mustang rims that cannot be replaced. Since the incident, there has been zero proactive communication regarding the claim or any resolution. I have had to be the one constantly reaching out for updates, and even then I receive little to no response. The store manager, Emmanuel, has repeatedly made me feel like I am inconveniencing him for simply wanting answers about property they damaged. Because of that, I have had to go above the store level and speak with Caesar, the district manager, just to get basic communication and accountability. That should never be necessary after a business causes this kind of damage. Instead of taking ownership of the issue and keeping me informed, this location has handled the entire situation with poor customer service, lack of urgency, and no accountability. I understand this may be a franchise location, but the experience at this store has completely ruined the reputation of the company for me, my family, and my friends. I will never use this business again and will absolutely never recommend them to anyone.
