Been shopping here for years until today…read more... Woman rushed the sale and sold me the wrong product, didn't even get to my vehicle and I started reading the box and noticed it's not even remotely what I had went in and asked for, so I walked back in and asked her nicely if she could exchange it or even give store credit because SHE just sold me the wrong item... She just smiles and says no, when I literally wasn't even out the door longer than 3-4 minutes. Crazy how an employees incompetence to know the products they're selling ends up being your fault. Anyway won't burn me again, if you're looking for quality product and customer service to match seriously do yourself a favour and shop anywhere but here.

I don't blame them -they probably get more than their fair share of crazies in the wee hours of the morning. Their prices are fairly steep for what they sell (think $2 for a chocolate bar), so it's really only worth stopping by once the local grocers have closed, or you need transit tickets. That being said, I'm willing to pay those higher prices every so often when I need my late-night chocolate fix. It's times like that I'm glad places like this are around.

The Tim hortons staff are my favourite (I interact with them the most but the cashier for the gas station also seems nice enough! The only downside is it's size, of course, as it operates within the store and is not its own standalone so when it gets busy with passerbys or construction workers the line can be a bit long. Either way - they all work hard and efficiently to get it all done and sorted. No seating indoors so just grab and go onwards to your destination!
