Parking can be a little tricky, so try to come during non-rush hour so you can park outside. Their selection of juice and devices are great and there is always something new to try. They are very knowledgeable about devices as well and so helpful for beginners who might be intimidated by other experiences. The prices are fair and if you buy in volume they will always offer a discount. They are really good at replacing defective coils, and when you switch devices and have extra coils you can always bring them in to trade-in for new ones too. I love that it's always busy here and sort of a meeting spot for avid vapers. Good sampling bar too for trying out new flavors also.

After having an allergic reaction to the new vape I called them up immediately to exchange or return or just get back my Juul. I was told there is nothing they can do for me and asked me to have a good day. It was a $40 Juul vape, I will get a new one. No worries. But what I don't understand is that the shop just doesn't give a F#CK about repeat business-why??? I have been buying all sorts of other accessories on a regular basis, why would flush me down the toilet with a miss-sold cheap vape? Why no store-credit? Why does VAPOR LINE treat me like a tourist?
