It's a well laid out shop with a solid selection but the guy who embodies top-notch customer service is the co-owner Bob. He took the time to chat about the product selection, industry, and available flavors. He honestly seems to care about his customers and is clearly passionate about the industry. Clouds also has an excellent sample bar and a variety of nic strengths, including 0 nic which too few shops stock a decent selection of. I'm a total noob to vaping and the sales guy (I think his name was Pacu) was unbelievable! He was friendly and helpful and really helped alleviate a lot of confusion I had and helped me make an informed decision. His down to earth and friendly attitude made me a customer for life! In comparison, I went to a different vape store the other day called City Vaper, which was my first store vape exp, and was met by ppl who didn't know anything about vaping and just got irritated with me when I asked questions and told me to do my research online...I wish I had of came to lucky8vapes first! Oh well this store and especially the sales clerk, restored my faith in in-store experiences! I'm really appreciative and grateful for the awesome prices, the amazing environment and the awesome service! Thanks for the wonderful service

Lucky 8 Vapes is probably one of the best vape store that I have been encountered in Vancouver…read more I'm saying one of the best because they greet you once you come in and ask how you are and how can they help, the environment is always clean looking and welcoming and not to mention the staff will help you with you're need until you are happy with you're store purchase. I myself purchased the smok nord and it was misfiring in my purse which burnt the top part of the pod, Pasu and Steve who was there to help me kindly to switch it out with a brand new pod for $9.99. After replacing the pod there was still a burnt smell so they helped me soak it, moral of the story is they are passionate to help their clients. There is two locations one is on Cambie street and one in Richmond check them out! Really outstanding customer service.

I vape a little, for the sweet taste…read more I have been to two vape shops. One, where I bought the pen and some juice and another, where I just bought juice. I find the staff at many shops to be young men who seem very disinterested in their work and certainly not interested in helping a middle aged woman. They aren't particularly knowledgeable (from what I can tell) and seem most interested in my leaving the shop so they can go back to playing on their phone or whatever non customer service task they are dourly attending to. I had the opposite of this experience at Thunderbird. I was immediately greeted when I entered. I appreciated being assisted by a woman. She answered questions and allowed me to take time to sample the scents of many juices so I could find a good, non nicotine flavour. She knew her products and shared that their products are only obtained from reputable suppliers that test their product. I left with 60ml of juice that I can't wait to try. This will be my "go to" place for further juice and vaporizer purchases!

It looks like when I screwed the unit into the charger, and then unscrewed it when it was done, some sensitive part from the unit got stuck in the charger, and ripped it out. The receipt says they'll exchange defective items within 14 days, so I brought it back. The unfriendly guy said they won't do an exchange as it's "user error" for using oil because it stuck and the vape oil coats the metal parts in there with a thin but gummy layer. This is normal, but this thing just wasn't up to the task. So basically, it was my fault, even though I followed the instructions. It's kind of like voiding a warranty on a deep oil fryer because it came into contact with oil, and something that should never have broke, somehow did. Also, the employee's friend, or another employee, was behind the desk vaping at the time. Isn't that illegal? Anyway, they lost my business.
