At first I thought this was a pretty good place, so I bought my MOD there. I bought a couple of batteries with it, and then bought a third one a few days later. They gave me the wrong battery, so when I went and tried to replace it with the one that I wanted they said they could not do that. Nice. They made the mistake (knew it) and would not correct it. Great business savvy. They looked at me like I was nuts for even trying to get it replaced. The manager is a horrible decision maker. They lost a customer over $16. Very smart. Have fun with that 16 bucks guys. Lol As it turns out, they would have lost me as a customer anyway because every single one of their 20 varieties of juice that I sampled tasted horrible. They make their own juice and you can tell. Everywhere else that I tried juice had much better tasting juices. read more

Ive been coming here since they opened basically. I find their juices amazing - true to flavour and a huge variety. Prices are about par with everything going out there now, since Vapes are so popular. The staff I've always found super friendly, and helpful. I've recommended them to numerous friends who've been unhappy with their previous suppliers and they've all switched! The only downside is their hours - Noon opening is a little inconvenient (especially on the weekends) - however the later closing time (8pm) is sometimes a bonus. read more

Not sure why all the positive reviews aren't showing up so putting up another one with a small update. This still remains my home vape shop. Juices are awesome and a great variety of stock. Graham stands behind his products. My favourite flavour had to b discontinued and that was because the flavour base was clouding up and been though it still vaped well he stopped selling it since he didn't know if it would still be safe. 90%of what I have is from this store and I have no doubt there will be more in the future. Great place nice and very knowledgeable staff. They used to be a bit expensive but it looks like they have recently adjusted their prices to match everyone else. One word of warning and I hope this has changed when they sell a vaporizor they take out the charging cable. The package says it comes with it make sure you ask them for it. Other then that great place to go. One more thing when you refill your juice there bring your bottles back to be refilled. They will refill with the same juice and give you a small discount. I wanted to update my review of this place because I was so happy with how the owners responded to my original posts' issue. I have so much respect for business owners who listen and do so with grace. Now I have been coming to this place for a long time. The workers go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I have come in so many times with a broken vape and they have fixed it. The best part about BV is that they have fully customizable E-Juice. They have an extensive list of flavours, and now also offer nic salts too. They have both simple and elaborate flavours. I personally have been a fan of Blackberry and Rainbow Drops(skittles). The people who work here are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I even got my mum to start vaping(she was a heavy 1.5 pack a day smoker) by bringing her here. I would highly recommend this place to those who want customizable E-Juice. As far as I know there are no other places that do it quite like BV. read more

I buy all my juices here. One of the few shops that will mix to your need. 70VG 30PG instead if the standard 50/50. Great price on juice as well 5 for $25 - you can't beat that! Great customer service - knowledgable and helpful. If you have questions (someone like myself that was newer to Vaping) they will take the time to spend with you and not try to upsell you. I have been to a lot of vape shops in the lower mainland that constantly try to tell you that you need something better than what you already have - they don't do that here! Just bought two RDAs from the guys here. I didn't catch the fellow's name but, he was really helpful. He was pulling out everything I pointed at and showed me the features. They have a lot of different RDAs in stock so I was like a kid in a candy store. I found 2 that I have been wanting for a while. A Vertex V2 and the Marquis RDA. The prices are really good too. I recommend going in if you want some advanced equipment. Nice selection of drip tips and a lot more. read more

I found that the advice was good and I felt welcome in there despite my being a noob to the whole vapor thing. I only really found one employee to be a bit "snobby" while he educated me on the products, but not bad enough to be offended by it. Pros: - employees are passionate about their hobby and they make great recommendations for products and juices - reasonable prices - juices made to order Cons: - it can get busy in there so you have to be patient - prices are not shown in the cases so you have to be patient until an employee will help you out - not much in the way of signage with the products so you can't read up about the parts and brands without having to ask Juices to try: - "Paradox Elixir" (tastes like a strawberry milk shake) - "Blue Note" (tastes somewhere between a blueberry pop-tart and taro bubble tea, it's hard to tell!) read more

Went in because my go-to vape shop was closed. Crazy-eyed cashier was smiling but actually sarcastic and unhelpful. She asked me if I had a sub tank or whatever other tank was, I told her I wasn't sure and showed her my vape. She choked out an uhh without bothering to tell me what kind of tank I had. The young boy with the big glasses had been a bit of a jerk the few times I went in. I met their owner once -- the bad attitude obviously infiltrates from the management. I wonder where the super nice lady was -- she was there the very first time I went in and that was why I went back. But I'd now avoid this place. Vote with your money, folks! I see a lot of negative reviews for this store but to be honest I've had some outstanding customer service experiences here over the years. Whether it's fixing a unit for free, mixing high quality juice, or offering very reasonable exchange policy. Decent amount of products to chose from, juice is in house so cant go somewhere else for the same flavor. The price is good on the juice and most of the staff is amazing (cereal vapiest & I think she is the store manager) except for the owner Gram. I have tried to contact him through the website to share my dissatisfaction about my mod and rda and the shape I got it back after leaving it at the shop for some repair work. I got it back in utter sh!t condition, Gram took it home thinking its his, who does that takes a customers product home? I have tried couple of times to email him but no response, so I hope people think twice about going to this shop, time to move on to a different shop maybe east side vape they seem to know how things are done read more

Aside from being in New west, this shop is a great place for vapers of all levels. The prices are a little high for devices For myself, I only buy hardware online. Where this store really shines is the juice. I've had DSV, Major Vapes, Funksauce, many others, and the Mystic Mist from Burnaby Vapor kicks butt on all those. Custom pg/vg/mg levels to whatever you want at at a pretty low price(120ml-$50), (10ml-$6). No where in town can you get a delicious, 90 vg, 5mg dripping juice. Also a great place to get low priced high quality batteries. They've also started stocking authentics. Like any new buisness, they have to iron out the edges. For me , this is the only place in town I spend money on vape gear. read more

Overall the staff was polite and knowledgeable. The prices are quite reasonable and the juices are tasty. This place deserves 0 stars, its a total scam. They have a starter kit called the EGO ONE MEGA for $100. At a place called east side vapes they have the exact same kit for $70 and that place has better/new equipment. I bought the ego one mega and the battery for it stopped working after 5 DAYS of use and those hacks wouldnt even get me a new battery , exchange my starter kit or give back my money. They offered me a free 50ML bottle if i bought a new battery which would be 70 haahahaah what a fucking joke. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, GO TO EAST SIDE VAPES. read more
