This place is wonderful. Small but has an exceptional selection of vape juices. The staff member that helped me get a new charger for my pen went to the trouble to of making sure that it was the right type and the battery was taking a charge before handing it over. He enthusiastically answered my questions about what would be my best option on a upgrade of equipment. Was sketching out for a Vape as my disposable I bought in the states ran out. I just happened to drive by this place so I stopped in. I have to say the staff here are super helpful and I ended up buying a Vape and 3 Ejuice from them (they have their own line of juices with about 10+ different flavors). Anyhow I have since gone and tried each one and am happy with what they sold me and the quality of the product. Do not recommend online shopping here!! I placed an order online few weeks ago. Days after I placed my order I went to check the status of my order to see if was sent out-- it was cancelled. I wouldn't have known this if I didn't go check myself as I did not get an email stating that my order was cancelled. I had sent emails in regards to why my order was cancelled and also a refund to get my money back. No replies at all!! Finally I decided to message their Facebook group, and someone finally replies asking for my order number and ghosts me again. Two days later I get a Facebook message stating why my order was cancelled so I asked for a refund. Whoever was operating their messages told me my refund would be issued back to me within 2 to 3 days. I then sent another email regarding if my money was still going to be refunded to me-- nothing. Sent a Facebook message once again and again; finally a reply 11 hours later saying they would get back to me. No body hasn't gotten back to me yet! I went in to ask about Vaporing, and told the guy working there that I was new to it all. He responded with the rudest customer service I have ever received in my life. He would only give me one word answers and almost acted passively confrontational. I felt very uncomfortable, and just wanted to leave at this point. To the management or owners; he was an aboriginal male with a baseball cap; he definitely needs some training in treating customers helpfully and equally. I will not go here ever again. read more

My Kanger EVOD just wasn't doing it for me & closet cigarette smoking is VERY expensive so I decided to upgrade to the Eleaf iStick Pico 25 kit (mod, battery & e-juice) that Big Cloud offered on their web. Since I live nearby (the place used to be Vancity Vapor), I took a chance (last week of June), Lloyd ( who works there) set up & explained everything for me. Now I was a little hesitant spending a $100 for a 'battery thing' as my 83-year old, cigarette & cigar smoking Dad calls them. I left there very impressed & all went well until this weekend when my Pico 25 started popping, leaking & overheating. I was afraid to use it! I didn't want be those guys on the news about 'exploding e-cigs' so I went back to Big Cloud & Lloyd was there to set things straight about snug fits (not over-tightening), giving the mod a good shake before firing up first thing in the morning, etc. After a few hits of my mod at the shop, I left there feeling very satisfied! My mod is working like new with big thick clouds, no excessive popping with juice in my mouth, no leaks & It hasn't overheated like it was burning my hand. I would definitely go back again! Worst place to buy.. They don't warrant their products!!!!!! The mod that I bought was defective and they would not do the exchange (less than 3 day) rather they tell you to contact the company that made the Mod. If that's the case. don't waste you $$$$and being frustrated. Buy elsewhere or buy directly from the supplier which is much cheaper!!!!! read more

Don't buy a device from this shop, I bought what they said was a strong pen. They gave me the coils that fit in it, when I came back to buy more coils they gave me different ones and said they didn't have the ones I use. The new coils gave 75% less airflow then the last one and the man that helped me at the shop tried to convince me it was the same thing. If you know your vapes you can catch these guys trying to bullshit you, I learned my lesson and do not recommend this shop to any new vapers. read more
